Don't normally write reviews but feel I should save someone some grief if I can. Friends had wedding in August. Lots of issues.
Best man had to use a safety pin to keep his pants on because his rental pants did not come with a button. Explanation: "Oh my. This has never happened." (Confused how it did since he even tried his on at the store). Bride's brother suit jacket button popped off on a one-button suit. Would be okay if it happened on the dance floor instead of just sitting and standing in church. Explanation: "It happens." Bride's father received two shirts instead of a vest (couldn't try his stuff on until the day of the wedding bc he's a busy business owner). I will say the store had someone drive 40 minutes to the town to fix their mistake which shouldn't have happened. Thanks for that. Bride's father received wrong suit jacket. Explanation: None. It got mixed with the Bride's other brother who didn't say anything bc his was too big rather than too small maybe? They switched.
Now, these are just the issues I know about. So, you may say. This could all have been avoided if everyone just tried on their suits beforehand when picking them up. Yep, you're right (except for missing buttons, I guess). So, I'll just say use this place if you want to make sure everyone in your party double checks the work you are paying them to do.
I don't know if it's the fact that it was a large party of I think 12 or so (this was one excuse by the store manager herself), or maybe bad day (bc every one has them... another excuse by her) but I can't recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Eh, staff wasn't completely rude I guess.
Hope you save your time and find a place worth it. Look at some other reviews. I completely believe the other negative stories out there. I believe the good ones too but if you decide to use this place, hope you're a lucky one.

Read moreI gotta say… I had high expectations between reading google reviews and the referrals from other peoples weddings, and personally I’d never refer this place to anyone after what we went through. I recently got married a few days ago Thursday and from day 1 when my groomsmen and I went for our tux fittings, it was awful. There was one guy there who was fitting us and just had the worst attitude from the minute we stepped in. It was so bad we were contemplating leaving and going to men’s warehouse right up the road. Fast forward months later when our tuxes came in… 4/6 of them were completely wrong. One of my groomsmen had to get 3 different jackets before he got one that fit, my dads shoes were too small, pants were way to big and jacket was too small, they mixed up dress shirts for one of my guys so he had to go to Walmart the day of the wedding to buy a new white dress shirt and one of my groomsmen had chewed up gum in his pocket! Yet, we all had to pay a $9 fee for tux cleanings (what’s the point cause clearly they’re not being cleaned after use). I can honestly go on about other issues we ran into but but at this point the wedding is over with and the tuxes were returned so all I can say is, for a $250+ rental, go somewhere else cause Sarno dropped the ball big time and will never see our business again (picture attached is the gum in my groomsmen’s pants pocket he found the day of...
Read moreWe ordered a tux for Jan 20 right after New Years. My boyfriend got measured and we were told we’d get a call when the tux came in. My boyfriend called on Jan 18 inquiring about the tux and they said it was there. He went on Jan 19 since he could get their in time on Jan 18 to pick it up and when he arrived, the jacket didn’t fit. It was a day before the event. They also told him it had been there since Jan. 11 but no one notified him. So they overnighted a new jacket which did arrive on time the day of the wedding. Now two trips to the store. Once he got home and started to get dressed, he realized the studs were missing. This is 30 minutes before leaving. The store was able to drop them off just in the nick of time. So in summary, we were upset the tux had been there so long we could’ve tried it on sooner and avoided the stress of worrying if the right size would arrive on time, and upset that once we had it we still didn’t have all the pieces, but the store did what they had to in order to get him dressed.
