Horrible customer service! They open at 10, we got there shortly after and needed to use the restroom (coffee goes through me quickly after breakfast) my husband said don't worry we've been here before they'll let you use the bathroom. We walked in, I saw the case of jewlery and nowhere around them. I handed them my wedding ring that needed to be sized and asked to use the bathroom, the lady next to her said "We don't have a bathroom, we even have a sign". My husband said we're here to spend money she can't use the bathroom and she said no we don't have restrooms. We walked out and heading to Fadels in Bountiful. We love sporting local business but when there's bad service!
UPDATE: after the owner responded, my husband had let them know he went to school with Flukinger children and had been going there for 30 years. No matter the reason a place of business doesn't have restrooms, it's the customer service and snoby response of "we even have a sign" that's unacceptable. When the customer service could have explained the reason for my...
Read moreThis is the best jewelry store I've ever been to. Before I got engaged, I would go to random jewelry stores and try on rings just for fun but I never found exactly what I wanted. The first time I went into Aaron's, i immediately fell in love with their engagement ring selection. I found the most beautiful and unique ring! They were able to custom make my wedding bands to fit my engagement ring perfect. I get so many compliments on my ring and I tell everyone to make sure to go to Aaron's! They take great care of their customers and will do whatever is necessary to make sure you are happy with your jewelry. Since getting married and having a baby, I've been back in to get my son's birthstone in a ring. It's also so pretty and will be perfect to add more birthstones with each child to come. I have a few other pieces of jewelry from there as well and have been completely satisfied with everything I've purchased. I literally recommend everyone I know who is getting engaged or just wants new jewelry to go here! I will never go...
Read moreI recently visited this store to have a bracelet resized, as it was my first time owning a real bracelet. When I initially had it sized, the employee mentioned that I would need approximately 7 links removed, but did not fully secure the bracelet around my wrist to assess the exact fit. Upon returning to pick up the bracelet, I found that it was still too large. A new employee informed me that an additional 3-4 links would need to be removed for a proper fit, but I was told I would incur an additional $50 charge for this adjustment. As you can imagine, I was quite disappointed with the experience. For anyone seeking jewelry resizing services, I strongly advise caution regarding the fitting and placement of the piece. It is important not to solely rely on the recommendations of employees, especially if it is your first time purchasing jewelry. Ensuring the sizing is accurate from the start can help avoid unnecessary additional charges for adjustments that should have been completed and corrected in the...
