Hidden Cove Car Wash — Local services in Roy

I am biased because this is a car wash and washing my car for me is the same as sitting on a porch, watching a sunset with a cold brew in the summer for others. One thing I noticed that was out of place was that if you are paying with quarters at the self serve bays the time starts and keeps going even though you are still putting quarters in so if you want to pre-pay, let's say $10 in quarters, you lose a minute or two off your wash just by putting the money in the machine (if this changes I will change my review to 5 stars come on dear owner I know you read these) I also love the no touch auto wash, I personally hate taking my car to a "full contact" car wash to get slapped around, your poor car doesn't deserve that... it has to haul you, your family, and your things around it deserves a non contact auto wash at Hidden Cove Car Wash! I'm waiting for a call back, but I paid for two cleans only because the first time didn't work. I called the num. on the post to make them aware of this issue. I hope I get a call back soon for a refund for the first wash. I paid for a second because I was in a rush and couldn't go look for another car wash.

Edit: I was initially bugged....but they responded to my review and gave me a solution. Customer service gets rid of all my frustration. I suppose I didn't see the number in the hassle of it all. My bad.

I have used this place for years. This last time it randomly shut itself off and said thank you as if I had pressed stop. It happened just as my car was completely covered in the pink foamy soap from the brush. I was not able to get all that stuff off my car and it froze to my car as I drove home. That really stunk. Not sure what to do about it since there's no one...
