To Whom it May Concern,
My mother was in town staying with me over the weekend of the 24th. Her and I had just returned back to the Roy area after a long drive from Orem, where we had attended a funeral. She is a big fan of Taco Bell and she doesn't ever get to eat it because she lives in the middle of nowhere in Wyoming. She requested that we go there for dinner so we did. Our plans were to get something quick and tasty before heading home for the evening. It was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at Taco Bell, even fast food all together. I have NEVER experienced such awful service in my life. When we got there, there was about 6 cars ahead of us, and instead of just driving over to Wendy's (where they were less busy) we waited it out because it sounded better. The gentleman that took our order was very pleasant and did a great job taking our order. However, once we got to be the third car in line, that was where we sat and remained in park for 45 minutes. While waiting, the car ahead of us appeared to have to have a sick child that continued to get in and out of the car and throw up all over the drive-thru and lawn. All of us had to watch this poor family experience this while waiting because they didn't have the option to drive away. Once it got to be a wait of 40 minutes, I watched out of my side view mirror and watched as cars turned their engines back on and started to reverse out of the drive-thru. There was one car left behind me that I had to physically get out of my car and walk back to his car to ask him to let me out. After asking him to do so, as I'm reversing, the guy at the speaker greeted me AGAIN and asked to take my order. I was livid at this point, because somebody should've come out to the cars waiting and explained what the wait was for. It was just a few minutes short of being 8:00 pm by the time we were leaving. After a long, and emotional day, this was the last thing we wanted to be doing. I felt it was necessary to write this review and let people know of the EXTREMELY unprofessional and unorganized service that was conducted that evening. To wait for such a long time and went home empty handed, that's awful! I am hoping that others speak out about the experience. This was once my favorite Taco Bell to go to because the food has tasted more "fresh" than the Clinton location. Needless to say, I plan to never return. I really hope this issue is addressed. I would hate for somebody else to experience what we did.

Read moreHad to leave 1 star cause that’s all I could. Honestly probably the worst experience at the window drive though. We ordered one thing and asked for hot sauce. The man working the window closed the window after handing out food... we simply waited to check our food in the bag and make sure that we had everything but since we love hot we wanted 2 more. As we look at him through the window, he looks at us with annoyance.... and is motioning us with his hand to leave the area without hearing that we just wanted two more hot sauces. Finally after a couple minutes... he opens the window in anger( no idea why he was mad) says he already gave us some and wanted us to leave. We asked him for a couple more almost throwing them at us and then slams the window shut with no words. I understand completely that people have bad days but this is no excuse for the way he treated us. If you don’t like your job.... work somewhere else.... maybe don’t work the window. I’ve worked in the food industry and I didn’t like it so I changed jobs. Terrible service . Whoever he was working working the window on Jan 8th...
Read moreMay 24th-I don't understand why it is so hard for people to understand how to package items in a bag. Why you would stack 8 bean burritos on top of a Mexican pizza is beyond me. (First photo) Either they don't care or they don't have enough foresight to think about how the weight of a bunch of burritos might crush the thin little box holding a Mexican pizza. Also, chips for nachos were stale and old, tacos and cheesy gordita crunch barely had any meat in them, sauce and cheese were also very light. July 25th- they did it again, same situation, one bag with 18 items in it, 8 bean burritos and 8 tacos stacked on top of my quesdailla and Mexican pizza on the bottom (second photo). When the owner or manager of a business doesn't respond to review its one thing but to not read them and take some information to adjust their procedures is another. Other than letting the rest of the people in the world know how bad they are the reviews obviously don't do anything to correct the issue. Are paper bags hard to come by? Because God forbid you use more than one bag for...
