(Starbucks location on 441, PetSmart plaza) I can’t say enough good things about this store and the amazing team working here. Other stores are ok, but there’s something about walking in to “my store” to hear rounds of welcome Krysti! Hi Krysti!! Yay Krysti!! And if I have one of my kids with me (typically the youngest) Hi Christian!! Whoooo heeeeeey Christian!! I love that 9 times of 10, whomever is taking my order knows what I want before I even open my mouth-the 10th time it’s bc I’m changing something up (like now that pecan and chestnut are gone for the season 😭😭😭 I’ll have to pick another syrup). The fabulous employees (like Vessey, Darien, Taylor, Kimber, Rachel, Megan, Cherry, Isabella, Chanel), show such a vested interest in me, my life, Christian and his schooling whenever we visit, I feel like a member of a little family rather than just a Starbucks customer. Shout out to Darien, Kami and Vessey and the 6:30am morning crew: We LOVE getting notes on our morning coffee or breakfast bags!! They TRULY make my day. When I’m sipping on my coffee - hard at work and wishing I wasn’t - and I see “We appreciate you!!” - or “Have a great day” - or “Morning sunshine!” My favorite?… FAVORITE SLYTHERIN!! It makes me smile. Every. Single. Time!!! My dad recently passed away, and I had to make an unexpected trip to North Florida. When I came back my morning notes were positive and uplifting, and I felt supported. I wasn’t able to express it at the time, and I’m not sure I even can now, the incredible feelings of comfort that those simple notes gave me. They made a difference. A BIG difference. There has been a flow of new employees over this last year, and even newer employees we’ve met (like Jackson, Mitsuka, Ayame, Livie, Leslie, Shereen, Victoria, Alyssa, Ayo and Daniela) have made us feel valued, appreciated and welcomed. We feel like we’ve known these “newer” Starbucks partners forever. We’ll keep coming back, partially for the food, partially for the coffee, sometimes to play at the Pokemon Go! gym that’s here - but mostly for THIS FANTASTIC STARBUCKS team. They are all amazing human beings and I appreciate them so much. #alwaysafan! #starbucks #coffeeislife (PS I wish this was my “door dash” Starbucks, I’d be more inclined to order when I’m feeling too lazy to drive the 5 -7 minutes to my Starbucks loc but desperately need go-go juice). Take care of people of the Internet. Be kind to yourself and others.

I’ve been ordering from this Starbucks store at least twice a week for the past two months, and I’ve finally had enough. Nearly half the time, they completely ignore my customizations from the app. I always order beverages like chai lattes and coffees with specific modifications, which they offer through their app, by the way, yet they constantly get it wrong. One of the most consistent and infuriating mistakes: I always request my drinks warm (not boiling hot) and half of the time they always hand me something scalding. What’s the point of offering customizations if they refuse to follow them? I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for my drink to cool down when I specifically ordered it warm. Today was the final straw. I ordered a warm Grande chai latte with only two pumps of chai; simple, right? They gave me something super hot that I was unable to even drink and what I got was clearly overloaded with syrup because it was disgustingly sweet. I know what two pumps of chai taste like because I ordered the exact same drink with the same customizations from another Starbucks store this morning, and it tasted perfect. So either this store simply ignores order details or can’t measure ingredients properly. Are they even paying attention? I understand mistakes happen, but this has been a consistent issue for two months. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for something only to receive something I didn’t order; over and over again. It feels like false advertising because I’m paying for specific customizations and receiving something else entirely. Until this location gets their act together and trains their staff to actually follow orders, I’m done. There are plenty of other Starbucks stores that get it right, and I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.

Do not leave the store without checking what you are being served. I'm going to have to find a different location. UPDATE: I don't know if this issue has been resolved or not, but I haven't had any other issues with this since then. Also, I emailed a complaint directly to the store and the management gave me $7 of free coffee. Doesn't sound like much, but that was easily two cups of regular black. They addressed the issue with me directly and I'd like to think that they actually took action. I appreciated that.

Do not leave the store without checking what you are being served. This is at least the 3rd time in a month that I leave in a hurry (obviously my fault) without checking, and get to work to find up to 20% of my drink shorted. I'm going to have to find a different location. UPDATE: I don't know if this issue has been resolved or not, but I haven't had any other issues with this since then. Also, I emailed a complaint directly to the store and the management gave me $7 of free coffee. Doesn't sound like much, but that was easily two cups of regular black. They addressed the issue with me directly and I'd like to think that they actually took action. I appreciated that.

Let me start this off by saying I have worked in the restaurant industry for TWELVE YEARS. I have been working in restaurants since way before any of the delivery services came along, been there in the beginning when all the kinks were getting worked out with the technology side of the delivery services, and I KNOW how aggravating it can be to serve the delivery drivers. As a customer, I have NEVER had a bad experience at any Starbucks. However, this morning I walked into the store and was greeted by Blake. I said hi good morning! I need to place an order with postmates. He immediately rolled his eyes and said “can I just see your phone, it’s easier to put the order in that way” so I said yes of course and handed him my phone. As he was ringing in the order I noticed he rang something in different than what it showed on the Postmates app, so when I pointed it out to him he RUDELY said “I can read!” I kind of chuckled but really in my head I was thinking wow I can’t believe I’m getting treated this way. At the end of me ordering he said (again, rudely) “just so you know it’s ALWAYS easier on us if you Postmates people come inside the store instead of use the drive thru” but I WAS inside!! Like what?? He was just so rude the entire time from start to finish. I hesitated even writing this review simply because you never know what kind of day someone is having to make them act the way they act. But the truth of the matter is, that was my very first conversation with anyone today and who wants to start their day getting treated like that? I was so kind to him the whole time only to be treated like I was such an inconvenience. TRUST ME, I get it and I’ll say it again, I KNOW first hand how annoying these delivery drivers can be. Maybe I shouldn’t have second guessed him when I saw that he rang it in differently, but I’m sorry you just simply do not talk to...
