I just want to say THANK YOU! from the bottom of my heart to Jane & Roselynn at the Ruidoso Flower Shop for catering to me and going above and beyond to fulfill my recent requests. Unlike some, I had a very unique situation, and I wasn't even sure if anyone would be able to help. I recently started talking to a girl that lives there locally. However, I live in a completely different state. While getting to know this beautiful woman, I learned that she has never received flowers in her life, ever! With Valentines Day approaching, I wanted to do something special for her and surprise her with her first. But since our friendship is so new I could not just ask her for her address. So, I reached out to the Ruidoso Flower Shop in hopes that they may be able to help me. And help me they did. After a brief phone call to their shop I spoke with Jane and explained my precarious situation. Not only was she endearing in my request. She went right to work on finding out the information that we so desperately needed. Through the collaboration of her friends and co-workers, Within 1 day she was successful in doing so. I was ecstatic! And if that was not confirmation enough that they truly cared about the request of their customers, they continued to exceed my expectations. Upon receiving the info that she had procured the flowers destination, I then needed to pick the arrangements that I wanted to send. However, I was traveling at the time and my internet was very sporadic. Leaving me unable to see all the wonderful selections I had at my disposal. Fear not, they came to my rescue once more. After contacting the shop to discuss my options Roselynn made absolutely sure that I would be able to see my choices. By sending me individual pictures that she took of each arrangement and texting them directly to my cell phone. Within minutes of receiving, I was able to make my selections knowing exactly the type and quality that I chose. I could go on and on about how great this place is. I can not seriously thank them enough for their hard work and true sentiment. And with their help I can not wait to put a Smile on the girls face come...

My mother lives in Ruidoso Downs and I decided to use a local florist for this purchase. I was very pleased with the ease of online ordering, especially since it was a last minute order. My mother was so excited to receive the bouquet and was so pleased with it she had to take pictures of it to share with me. I’ve used some of the larger phone/online flower ordering sites and they were okay but nothing really special with them. With this purchase, I received an email notification that my order had been received and also one for when the flowers had been delivered. I definitely recommend this florist business and I will continue to use them for future orders. Thank you so much for making Mother’s Day memorable...
