These people don’t care about their customers. We placed a mobile order at 8:13pm that said it would be ready at 8:19pm. We’ve been at the restaurant since 8:20, and it’s now 9:09pm and still no food. No one answers the red button and they won’t talk to us. What kinda horrible service is this? Lots of other people started piling up behind us as well. Since it was a mobile order I they can’t refund us is what we are now being told and it’s already nearly an hour. No food or refund. Now, after being forced to wait in line outside their door they said our food had been ready but no one ever bothered to bring it out. The worst fast food dining experience I’ve ever had. And we drive away trying to get home, only to find they didn’t give us our full order - they didn’t fulfill the chicken for my daughter, drinks were literally half full and not the right ones, i.e. diet for regular, and we couldn’t figure out what they gave my wife. So they kept our money on top of everything without giving us food. We’ve been to Sonic’s in various parts of the country and NEVER had anywhere near to a terrible experience as this. Read moreMy wife and I went to this Sonic at about 8:00 PM. Most of the lights were off and all of the pull-in sites were empty and dark. There was a line for the drive through all of the way out into the street. We got in line and I proceeded to phone them and inquire what was going on. I was told that they did not have enough workers to keep the pull-in sites running and there were only two workers trying to handle the drive through. They were taking and filling orders one car at a time. After sitting there for about 15 minutes only two cars had made through the line. We gave up and pulled out. This is just a sad commentary on our current times when you can't find enough workers to keep your business running. I hold the drive-in blameless. But it doesn't change the fact that the customers will suffer, become frustrated, and quit patronizing...

On top of that it has terrible wait times from poor management and not enough employees. I waited probably 30 minutes just to get Diarrhea and an upset stomach. Absolutely terrible.
I wish I saw the other most recent review that said the place is dirty on the inside because they were a former employee. As a customer that orders food from outside it's practically impossible to know how clean it is inside. And after this experience I know now that that review is 100% true.
I will never go to this Sonic again and I don't recommend it to anyone else. Unless you want to run the risk of being food poisoned or waiting ridiculous long times to order and receive your food I suggest you pass on this sonic. There's better...
