DO NOT SCHEDULE A VACCINE AT THIS LOCATION! I scheduled vaccines online for myself and 2 family members. I received confirmation numbers along with paperwork to fill out and bring in. We went 15 minutes prior to the appointments as advised and waited. When it was our turn to be seen, we were told that there is no one there to administer vaccines...even though they made appointments for us and confirmed them. We were told that there would be no one to administer vaccines for a week...yet as of this very moment, you are still able to schedule an appointment that you will be turned away from. I sat behind a line of people who had appointments who were turned away. They know that they are unable to keep appointments, yet they are still scheduling them. I took off a half a day of work and wasted my time because they can't be bothered to disable appointments until they are actually able to see people. Find somewhere else to get your vaccines and...

They staff is rude, I was there for my Covid-19 Vaccine and arrived as the email states, 10 minutes earlier, but did not know were to go, either to the Pharmacy counter or the Health door. So I asked at the Cosmetic Dept., where there was a store associate and a Phamarcy tech and the tech was quick to answer in a rude way, that they were not open yet, that they opened at 2:00 pm and I told her that I was arriving at the time asked and only wanted to know where I could wait in line and she never answered, she just left. The associate was kind enough to inform me. Then more rudeness at the Pharmacy window from another Pharmacy tech. The lady at the register asked me if I had just walked in, then told me I needed to leave the alcohol department because it was too full. I had already been in there and 2 people had walked in after me. I didn't feel like arguing so I left and went to another line only to wait there for another 10 minutes. I just put my stuff away and left. Total time wasted in the store, 30 minutes. I don't know the name if the lady in the alcohol department, but if there is a limited amount of people, she should be paying attention. I hate to leave a bad review because I never have problems at Walgreens, but...
