Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Russellville

Honestly it's a hit or miss.. the food is great always is. The car hops ... bless their hearts are worked to death. They have one that truly loves her job and is ran to death. Every time I'm there (which is almost daily) she is the ONLY car hop. Half the stalls DO NOT WORK. They have to turn off mobile ordering due to under staffing, they have to switch to drive thru only because they have no car hops to run the food out. I go here and to the one across the bridge and oddly it's ran quite similar and having same problems. Their morning manager is amazing, but the staffing issue is a major problem. Food can take sometimes 20 mins to get out to you. They come out and apologize, and you know that they feel horrible and get talked down to and yelled at constantly for something they can't control. They are going as quickly as possible with 4 orders on their tray. I love sonic and will continue to go but yall need to fix this problem and give these carhops some relief and make sure they are getting the pay they deserve for keeping yall in business. Yall wouldn't have it if they didn't show...

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but I could not believe this carhop today. This sonic has been slowly declining over the past few months, they’re just very understaffed which is understandable because a lot of places are right now. But I can almost always expect to wait 15 minutes or more when pulling into a stall. Today I decided to just get a small ocean water. With tax it was $2, and I only had a $1 extra in cash that I decided to tip. The middle aged woman walked up to my car and gave my drink and I handed her the $3 total and told her to keep the change. When she realized how much I tipped (which I didn’t think was a bad amount considering I only spent $2 anyways) she looked up at me and gave me the smuggest look and says “okay.” And stands there. And waits. And I’m staring at her like ??? And I’m assuming she’s just standing there waiting for me to tip more? I eventually put my car in reverse and she walks away. But really? Very disrespectful and for her to expect to get a lot of tip money and show out like that, is not okay....

TERRIBLE Went thru drive thru ordered Jr breakfast burrito egg cheese only no meat and Dr pepper took three times for the guy to get it gave him my debit card to pay and after trouble during ordering I again said did you hear me say no meat he said yes took my card I heard him yell egg cheese only to cook kept my debit card instead of handing it right back was a while i started to get concerned then handed me cars and food I left drove down to Walmart one minute away parked opened it to eat was terrible looked like they just grabbed tortilla shell Wich is usually folded all together because it's suppose to be a. Jr one it was a large tortilla Slapeed over not hot egg cheese on there looked terrible but I pinched odd ends of it tried taking bite out center terrible tasting not hot was awful threw it away hungry still and wasted money guess I paid for...
