Sonya (might be spelled incorrectly), the store manager, is absolutely wonderful. Long story short my fiance and I waited until the last minute to order his ring and there was a chance it wasn't going be there in time. She did literally everything she could to help as well as call me every day with an update on shipping. I would still be leaving this review had the ring not been to the store in time for our wedding because Sonya was just so great and had done everything she could. We considered buying elsewhere just to make sure we had a ring for the ceremony but I am SO glad we didn't - you just can't pass up such great and genuine customer service! I was in the store this afternoon and the ladies were absolutely lovely! They were more than happy to help my wife size her hand for a beautiful new ring. Jessica was especially helpful and took lots of time to show us the selection of rings that would work for us. I was amazed at the selection and the craftsmanship especially. Normally shopping for a ring can be extremely stressful but Jessica and the Ladies made it a wonderful and fun experience. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place! Very helpful and friendly staff! I popped in there once before a football game and asked for my ring to be cleaned and explained some issues I was having with my warranty. The ladies there identified the problem, chatted with the corporate customer service and resolved the issue which had apparently gone unnoticed by my local Zales for SEVEN YEARS. At this point, I had pretty much written Zales off and was considering just forgoing the money spent on a warranty and buying new jewelry elsewhere. Definitely recommend this...
