My mother has Alzheimer's and when I came home to care for her she could not find keys to any of the doors in the house. (She always leaves through the garage). He arrived within the hour. The storm door needed a new handle because the current one could not be unlocked from the outside. I had already purchased one (rare model, had to order) but had not installed it yet. He installed it for me and then we decided to replace the 25 year old door knob and dead bolt to match the new handle (he carries a selection in his truck). Installing those was not simple because the door jamb had been custom reinforced and the alignment was a little tricky. It would have taken me a while to figure out what to do without damaging the inset for the bolts, but it took him only a minute. He keyed the other doors to match the new locks and made several copies for me.

Then he followed Mother to her storage facility because she could not find the key to it either. He had to saw the lock off. He had a selection of new ones for her to choose from in his truck which she did. She was very pleased.

He was very helpful and respectful. He explained options to handling the door jamb alignment problem and knew how to correct the problem without causing further damage. If that have been mishandled I would have had to replace the door jamb to get the door...

Was passing through today (a Sunday) and was in a bind when our travel trailer key broke in half. Spare key was in our locked trailer. Called Mr. Freeman and he helped us right away.
