TL DR: waited a half hour after placing order, 13 orders placed after mine were served first, and told to deal with it.
Worst customer service I've experienced since trying Popeyes. Our order was placed and we were order 214. We ordered 2 classic chicken sandwich meals and 1 spicy chicken sandwich by itself. Our receipt says that our transaction took place at 10:25 and after ordering we heard order 208 being called so we assumed it wouldn't be a long wait. Around 10:35 or so we hear orders 213, then 215, then 216, and after hearing 217 be called we went to ask what was going on and were informed that they were out of classic chicken sandwichs and they were waiting on more. We then continued to wait until order 227 was called and it was 10:55 when i sat up and had to find out what was going on. Now we were aparently waiting on fries amd it would be another minute. After standing at the counter for another few minutes the manager went and bagged the old fries that were sitting in the warmer and put everything in a bag for us and wouldn't explain why it had taken over a half hour to get our simple order and why the 13 other orders,many of whom were also eating chicken sandwichs, were served before us. I went back in a few min later and asked to talk to a manager and simply asked why would it have taken that long to which they responded that they didn't know why. No apologies were given after a half hour wait and nothing was done to try and make things right. I don't see why people would bother coming back to this location if that's how they treat...
Read moreOn 8/31/24 went to Popeye’s store #10989 7501 W. Stockton Blvd Sacramento 95823. Had to pull to the side to wait on the spicy chicken. Waited for 30 minutes in the hot weather. Went home to find out my order was wrong. Made a phone call (good luck in getting through). Spoke to a gentlemen who said his name was Reni/Renee. He indicated he will replace my whole order. Went back on 9/6/24. Went to the drive thru they had me pull up. Spoke with the manager Gabriel. He said he can not honor the request because he did not have an employee by that name. Told him he is able to find out who worked on 8/31/24. He did not want to share the names of his employees. He kept requesting for the order when this happened on 8/31/24. Told him I did not have the order from 8/31/24. Then I asked if we can place an order he said he could not take an order that we had to either walk in or go back through the drive-thru. So we did. When we got our order Gabriel did not offer us any sauces. He went to wait on another customer. We honked he would not respond. So I held on the the horn. He rudely indicated he was waiting on another customer. I had to remind him he was waiting...

I received 2 3 piece tenders with soggy fries, and a 3 piece chicken (bone in, not ordered). I did not get the mashed potatoes that I ordered. One of the tenders was so rubbery that I was unable to bite through it. While at the drive up window, there was a sign that said if I downloaded the app, I could get offers. I downloaded the app, and redeemed the offer for a free 3-piece tender with an order over $10. My order was $41. The person at the window said I could not apply the coupon to my order., but would need to order a 4th 3 piece tender to use the coupon.
