I have ordered my food at 6:41 PM on 11/28/2020. It was busy. I was told wings will be ready in 40 min, which is very long but I was ok to wait to try some quality wings as described in other reviews. I waited in the car for 51 min and then came back in. When I asked about my order I was told to wait another 10 min. As disappointing as it was I was ok to wait. I asked the girl who told me to wait 10 min if she will be willing to refund my money in case the wings were not going to be ready in 10 min. She got really angry, raised her voice at me and was speaking rude with me throwing f-word once or twice. I got frustrated and told her to refund the money now and that I was leaving. At this point she was pretty much yelling at me, throwing in another f-word, telling me to wait because the cash register was not available. I waited, the cash register became available, she did not do the refund, but took another customer. In a few minutes she finally did the refund and I left. The girl who yelled at me said her name was Veronica, probably a fake name. I urge the management to view security camera footage and listen to the unpleasant encounter. I took her picture, if you need it.
I went to closest Little Caesar’s on 4710 Natomas Blvd, they were also busy and did not have ready wings but said they can be done in 12 min. Again, I waited in the car, came back inside in 12 min, and my wings were ready.
I understand that Fire Wings are most likely better than the ones from Little Caesar, I understand that long lines can be frustrating for both, the customers and the Fire Wings employees, but the level of disrespect was overboard. Read moreI ordered firewings online, and was appalled at the unperfessional staff starting from the front to the back of the business. First, I ordered extra wet 10 piece combo and choose two flavors. When I open it at home I noticed 50% of the wings were bone dry. This was confirmed by their inexperienced manager who is found in the kitchen when I had to go back to the store to get store credit. He only thought about his own safety by requiring me to go back when I asked him politely for a personal phone number in order to send pictures of his mishap that went unnoticed by him because he was in the kitchen. Most restaurants I know have that online capability, but don't expect fire wings to use modern technology. Keep in mind I had to bring my other flavor of wings that were fine just to get store credit. This is unnacpetable, because the manager should at least taken the responsibility for the mistake. Unfortunately, I was berated by the front clerk while speaking to the manager trying to get a refund to my card for the 10 wings. I will wait half a year until firewings steps up and hires more upfront and respectable employees to use that store credit.
