Walter, at the Verizon store located at 3900 A1A South in Saint Augustine, is a fabulous sales consultant. We need more Walters at this location. It was necessary for me to go back to this location five times because of an employee, Miguel, who did a great job selling me on transitioning from my android to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, what Miguel did not tell me was that I could keep my android for 30 days or less before deleting everything on it to make sure the transition of content on my old phone to the new phone was complete. Unfortunately, Miguel deleted everything from my android before I left the store. When I got home I could not remember my Google password so I could not access many of the apps such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc. What a disaster!!!! Please train Miguel so it doesnāt happen again! It took five visits and two additional consultants to help me recover my password so I could get into my Google account and Walter did that. Walter was calm (as I was not), he was professional, and he even gave me his phone number so I would not have to come back a sixth time. And, when I was able to finally get recovery access sent to my email, I called Walter and he confirmed what I needed to do next. He never gave up. Walter would be a great person to train new employees. He was precise, detailed and was willing to spend the time in dealing with this unexpected challenge. A gift card, a raise or a bonus is recommended. Thank you so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointed and disillusioned. When my 5 month old Moto Phone that I purchased at this store failed and I brought it into the store, I was not given any details on the fact that it was still under warranty and what my options might be. (Shame on me I guess for not realizing that I had warranty options). As a result I ended up getting a buyout promo to minimize my buyout cost on the failed phone and paying more that $200 to get the new phone. (I was given $10.26 trade in on my cosmetically undamaged non functioning phone) Additionally my monthly costs have increased and are extended for an additional 5 months. I was made aware of this missed opportunity when talking with Verizon Customer Service a couple of weeks later. When I called the store to question them they said that of course the rep should have mentioned to me the warranty opportunity but there was nothing they could do for me now and if I wanted to try and address the warranty issue I would need to do that with Motorola directly and that I would have to pay back the buyout that I received. And that Motorola would probably send me a refurbished phone anyway. Point in fact if I had known of the Warranty option I would have gladly accepted a new(or refurbished) Moto phone to replace the one that failed....

I did my best to re-enter what I could remember, but I was unable to get any cellular service back on the device. I visited a corporate Verizon store, hoping for a quick resolution, but the representative there was unable to access my account. He recommended I try a nearby local Verizon retailer instead.
That turned out to be the best advice I could have received.
When I arrived at the retailer, I was greeted by a well-dressed, professional young man named Kareem. From the moment he took my phone, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Within moments, he had accessed the phone and resolved the issue ā something the previous location couldnāt do.
I donāt know exactly what Kareem did behind the scenes, but I do know that my phone was working again, and I was incredibly relieved.
If you need a new phone or just some help resetting your phone or whatever the case may be , let Kareem be your go-to rep. Heās knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient ā everything you hope for in customer service. Thank...
