Lucky Garden — Restaurant in Saint Augustine Beach

Found garbage in my food! About a week ago I ordered the Happy Family House Specialty based on all the good reviews. When I arrived, the staff was putting my order in a take out bag. The manager (an older man who looked like the manager)noticed something in my food and grabbed it and took it a couple of feet away behind a little wall partition. I then saw him picking through my food container (without washing his hands!). At the time I did not say anything because I was tired and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I got home I started to eat the Happy Family and saw a piece of metal wire that appeared to be from a stainless steel pot scrubber. I picked the wire out of the food along with gelatinous slime/scum that was clinging to the wire. Now I wonder if they acquired the ingredients of my food from the bottom of the sink or from the garbage can. My conclusion-the people who work there are incompetent and filthy. Tried to place an order and was hung up on several times through the process. Guy there very rude for no reason, it’s like don’t you want to get paid. You agreed you delivered and the delivery is within reason. When I’m trying to place order he hangs up because he feels like I’m either ordering a complicated order or something I’m not really sure. Very impatient . All I wanted was beef with broccoli, fried rice and soup, , every-time I would tell him what I want he hangs up. I called back and he says I can’t do it sorry, I can’t do it. I will never order delivery ever again. I called and ordered a meal with the total being above $40 and tipped accordingly just for the driver to show up with cold food 2.5 hours later. While on the phone trying to get a refund for our meal the lady on the phone just told us to shut up and take the food then hung up. Then the driver claimed that he had already came to our house and tried to deliver it 3 times but no one came to the door. I have 12 cameras all around my house and after showing them to him he finally came forward to say that he took his dinner break before delivering our food.
