Absolutely Terrible Experience - Do Not Use This Company!
I began a kitchen remodel with this company in December 2023, and here I am months later with a partially finished kitchen and endless headaches. From the very beginning, the design was a disaster. We went through multiple redesigns, and even then, the company repeatedly ordered the wrong cabinets—twice! Measurements were off, parts were missing, and basic details were completely overlooked.
All of this would have been annoying but fixable if they actually bothered to finish the job. The installer only completed about 60% of the work and then vanished without a trace after we paid him in full (including feeding him multiple lunches). I initially thought Christina, the manager, was professional, but that quickly changed. She was rude, unhelpful, and made every excuse in the book not to finish the job.
We made countless calls, filed a BBB complaint, sent multiple texts, and still, no one would return our messages. When we did hear from someone, it was nothing but empty promises. Finally, Bryan said he’d have Sean send someone to finish the work. "Willie" came out, assessed the situation, and... nothing. It's been over two months, and we haven't heard a word since.
Meanwhile, we’re stuck with cabinets that are incomplete—no handles, no crown molding, no panels, no kick plates, extra cabinets in our garage that are unusable. And don’t even get me started on the refrigerator design. They assured us the measurements were correct, but now the door doesn’t open all the way. The installer’s “fix” was to shift the fridge over, but it still doesn’t work. And when I reached out to Cabinet Factory Outlet about it, their solution was for me to buy a new fridge.
If you want to waste months of your time, deal with endless excuses, and get a half-finished kitchen, then by all means, give these people your business. But if you want quality work and customer service, stay...
Read moreReally awful customer service, planning, and install. Cabinets were installed and left with markings and scratches all over them. When I called they fixed it. Once I got my dishwasher it could not be installed due to the place left for it being too small. I was told if I had a dishwasher there this could have been avoided. I did have a dishwasher but installer told me there was no need to use it because all dishwasher measure the same. Installer came out and fixed that. BUT I COULD NOT OPEN IT. The handles on the drawers were blocking it from opening. I went in and was told they would fix it but Brandy needed to see it first. Brandy blamed the installer and came up with a new plan to that didn’t fix the problem, it only moved the problem. She wanted to move my dishwasher over so then my garbage and drawers would not open and my dishwasher would have to be routed through those cabinets. I told her that it was a design flaw and that wouldn’t work and she told me “I’ve been doing this 17 years it’s not a design flaw.” So I came up with a solution where nothing would be moved and instead of drawers I have open shelves. They were rude but they did make it right. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. ...
Read moreWent into the store and selected cabinets. We paid for those cabinets using a credit card. Then we found out that the doors were not solid wood as we wanted and so we did not approve moving forward with the order. We asked for a refund and we're told the owner was out of the country and there was no date for his expected return. Since there was no time frame for the owner's return we told them we would dispute the charge and did so with our credit card company. They did not respond in time and the charge was reversed. They then disputed the reversal because there was a design fee and measuring fee. They sent in their documents which showed handwritten fees on the credit card card receipt that was not on our receipt CFO then charged the credit card, which they had kept the the credit card number, expiration date and secret code, without permission. We have decided to pursue civil and legal actions against them as well as contacting the credit card company that the charge was not authorized. This is not acceptable business practice and appears to be illegal in the...
