I’ve been good to my skin forever, including sunblock & clean products. However the years catch up and in Florida the sun cannot be avoided.

Darcey is incredibly smart and experienced and I have had the excellent luck to be her patient.

Since being treated by her, I have all but stopped using face makeup and have been asked repeatedly why I look so young.

With her magic wand(s), she has removed melasma, sun spots, redness, surface blood vessels etc, on my face, neck and chest. Quite honestly, things I didn’t even know I had…until they were gone. I wake up and cannot wait to see my skin (sans makeup) in the morning.

I’ve all but given up researching as I trust her completely. She answers questions thoroughly and has educated me on the whole body aspect of skin care, especially hydration!

Shannon is the absolute master of facial massage. Her 2 hour Sculptural cranial, facial, lymphatic massage is the most decadent treat I give myself. It is also great for overall health, how can you beat that? Sculptural is also the perfect complement to any laser or other procedure that stimulates cell repair. Her demeanor is peaceful and calm, she will tell you quietly what she is doing or what products she is using…the scents are subtle and incredible. You will see immediate benefits post massage, you will literally glow. Your head will be clear. Turn off your phone for the day and be happy.

I recently had my first exfoliating facial with Lauren. I decided right then that between Darcey, Shannon & Lauren, that the fountain of youth has clearly cornered the market on all the experts.

My skin was so clear and clean and soft, literally the smoothest it has ever felt. Although I never felt anything the least bit harsh like I would have done to myself at home. Don’t hurt your face, have a pro exfoliate for you! Lauren is incredibly knowledgable, and she even notated what we discussed so I could refer to it later.

You are in such good hands @FOY! Imagine only having products at home that work and have a specific purpose.

They lost two customers after my last experience. When I called to book the appointments for me plus one, I was quoted a price for the service but told the promotional price was only good until Friday and my regular service provider Brittany was at the Sanchez Ave location Friday. I live in Saint Johns, a 42 mile round trip but well worth it to get the promotion and have Brittney. When we finished our service, we went to pay. It was the last appointment of the day, there were multiple people in the spa and the woman who checked us out was offering us additional services. I didn’t pay much attention to the cost as it seemed in the ballpark of what I had paid before. My plus one however was supposed to only be getting one area done and wasn’t familiar with how the service is charged. When I heard his total, I was shocked. But not wanting to cause a scene, we paid but didn’t tip because we weren’t expecting to pay that much. We just paid because we would have been embarrassed to say anything and I wanted to clarify first. On the way home, I called the spa after realizing for sure that the promotional price wasn’t honored and my plus one did not realize that what Brittney added to the service was going to be so much money. When the owner finally returned my call on Tuesday, I explained the situation again and she refused to honor the promotional price amd refund the difference. She also said that Brittney told my friend what she was doing and that if he had a problem with it, he should “be a man” and speak up. I was shocked! I was in the room when Brittany performed the service. She never gave an estimate of the amount of units and being inexperienced, he didn’t have any idea the possible cost. And I booked him for one area so that’s why I called. It had nothing to do with him not being man enough to ha for it himself. I felt bad because o referred him. SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND...

What a wonderful place. As soon as I walked in I was warm welcomed with a big smile by Darcey and her colleague. What a lovely group of young ladies. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I was happily surprised since I am only a month old STA resident, that I found my Spa! Given I had visited a previous spa and was left disappointed and annoyed.

Thank you Darcey for such a thorough and knowledgeable consultation. You gave me information no one has done before. And never once did I feel pressured to do any treatment. That's a big plus in my book. I shall be seeing you very soon!
