This is (if not THE most incompetent) and rude pharmacy I have ever used. I've had enough and have moved all 13 RXs for my entire family to Publix.
I just waited on hold for 46 minutes because they were too busy to answer the phone. They had the wrong doctor listed for my husband's maintenance medication refills. Sadly, this is the 2nd time this has happened. When the tech finally picked up, she told me that their system including the system for their emails is flawed and we need to be responsible for our own prescriptions. Silly me, I thought having my doctor send them to Walgreens and getting email reminders was the way to be responsible. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would! Since moving here, I have not had a single positive experience at this location. Notably the past two times I have called I have been belittled and told they refused to help transfer my RX. Moving to a new city, I have had struggles finding a local doctor so I have continued virtual healthcare and they have refused to fill any prescription because they said "people seen in person at the doctor take priority."
