My fiancé and I purchased a dining set and some dining room furniture March 2021. Because of reasons beyond anyones control we only received 2/15 items of furniture we had ordered. There were delays and dates kept getting pushed back, which frustrated us a bit but again, we understood and were willing to wait, which is why we didn’t pick out new items.

The most frustrating part of this experience with Everything Cool was the lack of communication from their part. We wouldn’t get any updates when the expected dates of the items being shipped, would come and go. We got a partial refund for some items but still wanted to wait on the dining room set. I called Gloria in July to just simply ask for our money back on the rest and this is where they lost our business entirely. Gloria got very defensive on the phone and would not let me talk. She said to us that the items were set to arrive in August but if they didn’t, THEN she would give us the rest of our refund. The first week of august came and went and once again, we didn’t hear back from them. WE had to reach out once again. She agreed to give us our money back and told us that the movers would come pick up the table and chairs they let us borrow on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, I took a half day off from work, messaged her and asked if her movers were still coming and that’s when last minute she informed us that she meant, Thursday…so more time I had to take off from work to be here. Just another example of their lack of communication. Anyways, we finally got our money back.

You could have a wonderful experience here, I’m sure of it, however, if your items are delayed, just know that this business’ communication is lacking. I hope with this review, the owners can take this as a learning lesson and do better. We do wish them all the...

Where to begin! First off, what a fantastic selection of furniture! The owners are incredibly friendly and they are there to help you in anyway possible (the other employees are fantastic too). We had just moved to the area and were looking for a new couch/mattress and came across this place. We were greeted immediately but were also left to ourselves to shop on our own. We found a selection of great items and were directed to their other store where we met Ken and Gloria and they are incredible human beings. Upon ordering our items, we were given an expected delivery date of the following week. Unfortunately, a few days later, we were told the items are on back order and wouldn't be out until a few weeks later. Since we had guests coming we weren't able to wait until the expected delivery date, and we were using lawn chairs in the meantime. Sydnee was very commutative from the start when our delivery dates kept getting pushed back and heard our concern about sitting on lawn chairs. Ken reached out to me to take care of me during this unexpected delivery snafu and offered us a loaner couch in the meantime. This business went above and beyond to help us not only as customers, but as humans, ensuring we were taken care of. We weren't just a transaction to them, we were taken care of and made sure we were comfortable until our order arrived. We ended up going another route in order to get something sooner and Ken came down immediately to talk to me about options we had. Cannot emphasize enough, how great this business was, not only with their products, but customer service, and the delivery men were very friendly and put all the furniture together. THIS is where we buy furniture now. The staff and product are both fantastic! We are so grateful to have found this place! My mother in law and I had spent a few days looking at furniture all over the area, including the larger chain stores. The way customers are treated at Everything Cool is SO REFRESHING compared to the way you're followed around by sales staff at the larger chain stores, while being given the same scripted sales pitches over and over and over. They immediately tell you how everything will work, including price matching/beating which is an obvious plus. Everything Cool also keeps their floor models in way better condition and you can tell they take pride in all aspects of their work and genuinely want to be their best for their customers. The items we found that they had in stock were promptly delivered THE NEXT DAY- not only within the 2 hour window, but the FIRST minute, on-the-dot of that window.
