April's on Main — Local services in Saint Charles

This was the first shop that I walked into when moving here a month ago...since then I've been back and back again! You can go in just for a chat, to get help in choosing a special gift or buying something you'll love forever for your home. I have 14 grandchildren in 5 different states ( where I've shopped for them in each state) At April's I've found many, MANY different little toys and fun, different, items to send to all of my grandkids ages 5 to 17! This is my favorite shop to stop in when I'm on Main Street. They have the absolute best holiday decor and amazing displays all year round. What truly sets them apart is how large their Tahnksgiving/fall decor section is, which is fantastic for someone such as myself who celebrates the whole month of November as Thanksgiving.

They have a decent clearance section and their workers are always friendly.

My only gripe is that everything in here is expensive. I haven't done any research to see if it's markup or if that's just what this stuff costs.
