I ordered a pizza, with bread sticks and a two liter of soda. The pizza was great and was what I expected but the bread sticks were burnt (by burnt I means smelled like charcoal and were completely brown and black in some spots) and the wrong soda. I didn't care so much about the soda but when I saw the bread sticks I called the store to see of they would issue me a new order of bread sticks and soda. The kid answered told me that that is how Pizza Hut makes their bread sticks and that they are toastier. I told that was not possible because these smelled so burnt and that I wanted a refund. He then went to get his manager who was a little more helpful and apologized for the kids behavior and assured me that that was not how they cooked their bread sticks. I then asked for a refund again but the manager said she didn't know how to do that and that I would have to wait a few hours until the next manager came in so that he could help. I didn't want o wait and the manager said she would have the new food and soda sent out as soon as possible. While the manager was helpful I appreciate her settling the bread stick debacle, I do think that every manager needs to be trained on how to do refunds. A customer should not have to wait 5 hours for someone else to come in to get the refund. Also everyone needs to be made aware of the food they are packaging. Someone obviously cooked the food and packaged it with it smelling like charcoal which ridiculous. Honestly, I will probably not be reordering from the store as this was more trouble...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 20 mins before they were closed tonight and I opted in for text message to track my pizza. I got a text and it took about 30 mins for it to move from received to making but I thought.. it’s okay... they are probably busy. The email I received said estimated delivery time 44 to 54 minutes. So I waited until the whole entire hour and then I finally called. When I called a guy name Terrel answered... and he proceeded to tell me that he canceled out all the orders that were made when they close at 11 o’clock. I told him I made the order before 11 o’clock so there’s no reason mine should be canceled. I asked for a manager and he said he is right now... but the GM will be in tomorrow morning. I got his name so hopefully I’ll get some resolution to this problem tomorrow, however... I think it’s just poor customer service and they want to leave early.... closing early should not be acceptable... I don’t blame the system because I have proof it was working based on my screen shots. I won’t be ordering from here again if this is not resolved in the best possible way and fixed for...
Read moreI ordered 2 orders of wings, 1 honey bbq, and 1 hawaiian teriyaki. I received 2 orders of honey bbq. 1 of them had someone else's info on it. I called the store...well, actually a call center aparently, because after I explained the situation to them, they transferred me to the store I thought I was calling in the first place. Then I explain it to the woman who answered only to be told to hang on to speak to the manager...who I then have to explain this to again, for the 3rd time! After I explain it to him, he says the driver will be there in about 15 minutes to swap them out with me. I'm thinking, surely they're not going to give these to someone else after they've been at my house, but whatever...I just want what I ordered. Over an hour later, having not gotten my wings, my wife calls back only to sit on hold for over 30 minutes at the call center level! I know it's saturday night and mistakes happen, but this is entirely...
