Lived here for 3 years. The complex is run in a way to take advantage of you in ever scenario. If you are at the pool a second past the closing time (generally 7:30 during the summer when the sun is still up) the 6 foot metal gate locks behind you so you can’t leave. They will then (per their own words) call the police and attempt to charge you with trespassing. Their own rules state “no solo bathers” meaning if you live alone, you cannot be at the pool if there is no one else there. They will fine you. When you move you, the water and sewer charges are taken out of your security deposit (which is normal). They will then lie about the remaining charges/fees to magically come to the exact remaining dollar amount they owe you so that you receive no money back. They will charge about $50 a month if you use autopay as a “convenience fee”. The head manager is as unfriendly and rude as humanly possible, as if it’s the only thing that bring her any joy. Got yelled out in front of people touring because I asked why the pool times changed to close earlier in the summer. The other lady at the front desk just told me it wasn’t worth it to talk to her and to basically walk away because of how mean she is. They will charge you $10(?) for a lightbulb with out confirming if you agree to that. They told me “well it’s cheaper than buying it at the store so we assumed you’d want to pay less.” Don’t even try to end your lease early or they will charge you literally $1000’s of dollars in fees, including changing the price of the rent to a much higher amount. I asked for an itemized list of charges when I moved out and found numerous ridiculous monthly fees included in my rent that they never tell you about. Don’t worry though, they have a resident appreciation day where you get a free meal from a food truck…. It’ll be at 8pm in the middle of December outside and take 3 hours to get food lol they didn’t see how that might have been an absurd idea. All around horrific complex management group and front office managers that will do nothing but lie to you, yell at you, and nickel and dime you to death. If you do end up moving here, just talk to your neighbors. Ask them how they feel about speaking with Heather in the front office. You won’t get a single good review from them. But hey, the bathrooms are huge and it’s quiet/clean so...

STAFF We lived here for nearly three years. Overall, I want to give compliments to the maintenance supervisor, Ben. He single-handedly takes care of a lot around the property and is always in the know. I work from home, and I always felt safe and comfortable with Ben working around the complex. We did not have a lot of maintenance requests over the years, but Ben always addressed them quickly. He deserves a raise.
Kelly works in the leasing office, and she is friendly and always addressed any calls or emails quickly. She is professional and always helpful. Heather was the property manager here for almost the entire time, and she handled some issues we had initially.
RENT/STATUS The complex is a little pricier for rent than other apartments in the area, but they did upkeep the complex well. The pool area was always nice with WIFI, and they added new furniture right after we moved. Rent went up a reasonable amount each year.
MOVE-OUT EXPERIENCE The walk-through with maintenance was super easy. The final billing took a bit from the Reserve, but we got it figured out.
POSTIIVES: NEIGHBORS/ENVIRONMENT/DISCOUNTS The neighbors here were great, and the complex felt like a community if you're into that sort of thing. They host events occasionally, and I've participated and won some rent money discounts. They also provide a discount off your first month of rent for specific careers. We were able to get a discount for law...
Read moreI lived at The Reserve for 4 years and honestly loved it there! We moved because we decided it was time to become homeowners, but I would have been happy to live there longer. The apartment we lived in was a 2 BR and 2 bath, with a wood burning fireplace, on the second floor. Our neighbors were generally quiet and respectful, the grounds were always kept nice and clean, there were multiple stations to dispose of pet waste and even bags to use, the pool was always clean and looked nice, and most importantly: I felt safe there! I was never uncomfortable to be outside at night, no matter how late. The workout room is nice, feels a little squeezed once you get a few people in there, but overall it’s well maintained and super convenient to have. The management team was always friendly to me and especially to my dog, Odie, and I loved that they put on some really fun activities and parties throughout the year (including a dog swim at the end of pool season!). If you’re looking for a smoke-free (they take that seriously and I appreciated it!), fun, resort-like feel in the apartment you call home, I really do recommend giving The Reserve at...
