Nightshift Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Saint Peters

From the parking lot the place doesn’t look like much, an awning that should be tossed, dated signage, a dark corner bar at the end of a strip mall. Going in e we were greeted by the friendly wait staff and promptly attended to. Interior was pretty clean and lots of TV’s! The beer and food were very good, real meat and they didn’t seem to skip on the quality of the food at all. It was a bit smoky, when I walked to the back to the bathroom I saw the cigarette but can was brought inside; I was confused by that. But you can tell this is a place that is looked by many locals that I am sure were able to smoke in their food a long time. The bathroom in the back felt like a dungeon... bricks coming off the walls, washed out feel, his and hers. I would bet there is another bathroom for how big the place is, I probably just picked the one that doesn’t get much attention.

All in all I think this was a good experience. Food was great, atmosphere was nice. I think more support would help with the updates that need to be Made, so I would defiantly go back for a Blues game, or to watch...

I don’t write reviews. It’s an incredibly rare occasion when I post something like this…but damn was the nightshift deluxe pizza worth the admission. Definitely in the top 5 if not top 3 pizzas all time, and I’m a fat retired Army guy that’s been around a bit and have had a lot of pizza. Well worth the visit for their Provel cheese that makes the thin crust pizza work. This is the first thin crust that breaks the top 10,5 and 3. Great atmosphere if you like a good neighborhood bar, I would go out of my way to visit this place again that happens to be by a hotel I’m staying while going home to take...

Nice little dive with phenomenal food. Went here to see a friend's band play & it was great. The seating was a little tight in the bar area and unless there was an additional bathroom I didn't notice, there's just a one-seater bathroom so there's often a line and you have to walk through their work area between the bar & the kitchen to access. There was a second level I didn't explore but did notice some folks hanging out there to see the band. Overall, I loved the vibe & I know they've been around...
