Our experience here was awful. My family and I came in for my brother in law to try on a suit before he ordered it. He was looking to order it today. The store was empty when our group came in. The man that helped us was insanely rude and didn't want to help us with anything. My brother in law politely asked if he could try on the suit and the guy said .. I guess. In a rude tone. It was pulling teeth to allow my brother in law to try on anything. He allowed him to try on a jacket, and he didn't seem to want to let him try on pants. We finally begged him to let us try the pants and jacket. Then we asked if he could try a shirt on as well, my brother just really wanted to see the entire outfit before ordering, and the man said "I guess but it's not going to make a difference". I don't understand why they didn't want him to try on anything. He even commented on my brother in laws weight? Telling him he'd have to lose a lot of weight to fit into the sample suit?
I guess prior to this a woman name Michelle helped him and she was amazing and helpful. But this experience was so unprofessional and awkward, we left before we had to beg him to try on...

Frank, who along with his wife owns Thro’s and Michelle’s, is a true gentleman who made me feel like I was the most important customer who has ever walked into his store. He made suggestions and helped me choose a suit and marked it for alternations which by the way are included in the price. Sadly, there are very few retail store remaining today where you can receive this level of service. Do yourself a favor and stop into Thro’s and Michelle’s on Main Street if you’re shopping for a business suit, jacket, dress pants, or high end casual clothing. You’ll be...

Sixteen years ago, I found a long, sleeveless floral print mother of the groom dress for our son's Maui beach wedding. It, too, was perfect. Twelve years ago, I found a gorgeous formal dress for our daughter's wedding. Perfect. Last Saturday, I caught Bobbie's eye as I walked through the door and asked her to work her magic for the last mother of the bride dress I will buy. It is tradition, after all. So much so that our future son in law worried that if I didn't find a dress at Michelle's, the marriage could be in jeopardy. Not to worry! The perfect black formal gown was mine before I left the store. Thank you for all the years of wonderful service and...
