The Kavern 636 — Restaurant in Saint Charles

We went here because it is registered with SW rapid rewards dining so we get triple points. The name is interesting and insinuates it is not the sports bar that it was before. Totally the sports bar it was before, but worse. Totally guy bar. We went as a couple and hubs had to raise his hand after waiting way too long to get both of us a beer (we would’ve had two more each if the server cared). Asked for wings before burgers. Burgers came and were beyond well done, then wings came. We ordered lemon pepper rubbed wings, they weren’t. Dark, loud, dude bar with terrible service, food and a dirty bathroom. These women need to realize that I often tip the bill. Unfortunately they are only interested in the “Norms” bellied up to the bar.
