Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Saint Clair Shores

I don’t even know how to start this because I’ve never done this before. My phone screen broke on my phone and I got a new one and have activated my last couple phones myself with no issues. This time I could not get a verification code because my screen was broke so I had to go to a metro store. I do not know the guys name that was working that day. I told him my situation and just wanted to get my number activated on new phone. He told me this was not possible and I Had to get a new number. Which is a big deal when you’ve had the same number for 20 years and need it for a lot of things. I asked him 3 times if he was absolutely sure I could not keep my number and was told it was impossible. So I had to get a new number and account and also purchase a new SIM card that he never switched out anyways. I got home and called customer service and this lady was amazing and she got me my old number back in 30 minutes. But now my phones shut off because I’m supposed to pay the bill even though I just paid my first months bill to open the new account I was forced to open because the guy at the counter was literally too lazy to switch my number over for me. I was the only person in the store the whole time and he still couldn’t or wouldn’t just do his job. I don’t expect much but this whole situation has been a nightmare. Do not go to this store if you need anything other than making a purchase because you will waste your time. I don't like Metro PCS store in Roseville Michigan I have my reasons they suck cuz when I used to go there Jonathan from MetroPCS store he's a con artist I just don't like him when I used to pay my phone bill over there and Roseville and Metro PCS stores he wouldn't like force me to buy something like headphones or a battery charger he is just another.CON artist?
