This is absolutely the rudest customer service I ever experienced. I have been going to this store about 3 times a week for the past 2 years and there has NEVER been a good experience. Today was the last straw, I am never going back there again! I would rather be inconvenienced and travel further down the road to the store where I am treated with kindness and friendly greetings. Today I was in the drive through and ordered a med decaf, a large French vanilla cappuccino and one everything bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side. In the past month h I have been ORDERED to drive around and they will bring the bagel out. Well anyone who knows this drive through layout it is VERY difficult to do when there is a long line and you CANNOT get through the cars to get parked and wait for them to bring my bagel. Even if you get through the cars and parked often times you can’t get out because a line has started to form. This has happened twice to me during the past month. Last week I was in the line and the customer ahead of me was told to go around and wait, He could not get through the line to park and his only option was to sit there. When I come thru after getting my order I am stuck behind him and he is visibly upset. I waited patiently for him to be able to move which took what seemed like 10 minutes when you have to get to work but was about a good 2 minutes. I know it doesn’t seem long but when you are sitting there waiting and frustrating over how you are going to get out it’s a long time and they could have handed the order to him by then. In my case it was only 1 toasted bagel holding them up and that is not worth it to make a customer go through that stressful experience of trying to get out. I told myself if it happened again I would refuse to drive around and wait for my order. When they rudely persisted that I move, I told them to give me my money back and I left and went down the Tim Hortons down the road. I hate this Tim Hortons because they are never kind, they don’t have friendly greetings and almost NEVER say thank you. I ALWAYS say thank you to them. I have started to check out the Starbucks which is the same distance from me as Tim Hortons and have decided if I can’t make it to the Tim Hortons further down the road then I will just go there. TIM HORTONS, YOU NEED TO TAKE LESSONS FROM STARBUCKS ON HOW TO GREET CUSTOMERS WITH ENTHUSIASM AND HOW TO THANK THEM WITH EVERY TRANSACTIONS! Train...
Read moreI came there at 5am to get a coffee. I told they girl with the blue hair that I had a replacement. She said I don't see your name on the board you have to call back later for that. I said that's not fair because I wanted to use that credit towards my coffee. She said very nasty to call back later for it again. So at this point I don't want to be late for work and I really wanted my coffee so I told her ok fine I will pay for my coffee. This Tim hortons blue haired chick look at me with a blank stare and said what? I don't have to serve you. I said excuse me I just want to pay for my coffee I will call about the credit another time I need to get to work. So she took my money and she got ready to hand me the change and coffee I said im going to complain because your apparently having a bad morning. She said I don't have to serve you again and held my coffee and my change back. I said you need to give me my change and my coffee I don't have time for this. and technically she was required to give me my money back. She don't have the right to serve me and also keep my money. I was being so nice to her because I wanted my coffee bad. So she gave me my change and coffee and gave me a nasty look. I said I am still calling your mananger on you for the rudeness. When i took off she stuck her head out the drive through and call me a biT$#. I called around 9am to talk to a manager for the profanity and the blue haired girl answered the phone and said your the one from earlier. She called me a stupid be*&^% again and told me to fk off. finally i talked to the manager by calling later because i knew she wouldn't work all day from 5am and the manager made excuses for her. Said she is going through a tough time and somebody came up there to flatten her tires. She offered to replaced my order and then some but i don't want to be a part of that trailer trash Tim Horton"s again. Managers should never justify why someone is being nasty to a customer and should automatically apologized. They need a clean dress code their. Blue hair and some other girl had Red hair. Also one girl had that stretch your earring hole out and it looked like someone shot her ear lobe and it left a huge hole after. Trailer pk Timmys.. Enjoy i wont...
Read moreI'd like to start by saying I have rarely came across a positive employee here but when it's just a quick stop through the drive-thru, I'm not expecting to be wowed by customer service. However, I'm still in shock over the utter rudeness I experienced from the staff here this morning.
Swung by here just after 11am to grab a coffee while out since I ran out of my K-Cups at home. Not a single car in the drive-thru at this time so there's no excuse for them being busy or overwhelmed like usual. I placed my order after being prompted by the employee and then it was complete silence for about a minute so I just said, "hello?" into the speaker to make sure she heard me. The woman working came on and said in an extremely irritated and rude tone, "Yeah, double double I told you to pull up". It's hard to express via text the tone she had but even my sister, who was on the phone at the time, remarked in shock to how rude the woman was just hearing it over the speaker. I apologized that I had not heard her and pulled up to the window where I handed another woman cash. She takes the money and then asks me if I needed my change. I was very confused by this question because I had never been asked that before and so replied "yes?", which was obviously the wrong answer as she muttered remarks under her breath and to the other 3 employees standing there while counting out my change. I could see this maybe being asked if it was a couple cents but it wasn't and even then it doesn't justify needing to not want my change or making me uncomfortable or feel as an inconvenience for wanting it.
I have never experienced so much rudeness in what was less than a 3 minute interaction from not one but multiple employees. Management needs to step in here, or be replaced, because this was completely unacceptable and was definitely my last visit to...
