I normally drive 2 miles to the one at 13 mile or the one that’s basically in Grosse Pointe just to avoid this one despite being 4 minutes from it. Why? Im sick of waiting 30 minutes for the most basic order. I used to be a comanager at a corporate LC and I know this one is a franchise. A hot n ready cooks for about 4-6 minutes. Anything on the top deck usually cooks for about 9 minutes. I always order the same thing and I always wait 30-40 minutes. Cheese pizza, Italian cheese bread sometimes, and buffalo wings. I understand they have online orders to fill. But in the 30 minutes I waited they only filled the pick up box with 5 pizzas and put 3 pizzas in the hot box (below for pickups). The issue is that after almost 40 minutes for a single pizza, it still comes out lightly baked which means they shoved it in or the guy at landing pulled it out too soon. What’s frustrating is that ultimately boils down to time management and delegating. I’m not sure what the manager is doing, but my store manager at LC pulled her weight. If this location has an incompetent person at landing who can’t handle too many pizzas coming out, they need to let the manager help. It’s 1:30-2:00pm. They had 4 pizzas hot n ready and a cheese bread hot n ready and two wings. All they had to do was put a cheese pizza in the oven. My order should have taken 10-12 minutes tops. Not almost 40. Please rethink staffing because all of SCS feels this way and this location is only still in business purely based on...
Read moreFriendly service here but that's about it. I have come here several times and each time they "just have a rush" and pizza is not ready and it will be 20 min wait for a hot and ready Hot n Ready should be available. Not sure if they don't have pizza made up a head a time or not to (waste management)just keep them( see them busy making bread all the time)-which seems to plenty in the hot box. I ordered an extra most recently (as there was no hot n ready made up either)and when I got home the pizza was a mess-didn't seem to have the extra pepperoni and the pizza was cut so badly. Large pcs and slivers is what I got.
Better time management is needed. Why do other Little Caesars have no issue keeping up. I get there is a window of keeping pizza in the box for so long but it is frustrating. I read other reviews of new ownership and their cost saving methods lack of staff is a big one. I am not blaming the staff as they are doing th best with what they have or are told to do. Customers are always standing around waiting in a lobby that needs to be cleaned up -new tile, wiped down- a bench instead of 1 folding chair in the corner. Get rid of the empty cooler if possible and put some seating in. The display case is sad looking of thrown in brownies or cookies or whatever that...
Read moreI went to this little Caesar's. They have the nerve to have a sign talking about close due to staff shortest. Open tomorrow eleven a m first of all, I see someone in there. I'm tired of these restaurants plan around taking advantage, closing their doors. I want to do the owners corporate or management. Know they're doing this. People don't have time to burn in their gas and their money coming over here to try and get food and they're playing games. This is a disgrace. I've never been more insulted in my life. I hope the managers the corporate sees this. I'm looking right at the young lady right now. She could take orders and then somebody else is probably in the back also. I see one of the workers right now. And they're listening to music on their headphones. Then mopping is sweep in the same area for probably the last 12 to 15 minutes. This is ridiculous if I was anybody. I would go to another little Caesar's as a matter of fact. I see a lady just came and turned the lights off. There's 2 people back there. That's enough. One make the piece of 1 take the money. This is ridiculous. Nobody go to this little Caesar's ever again. Find another one that'll treat their customers like they're...
