Natalie S has trouble taking accountability when messing up transactions be mindful, and check your receipts, also don’t expect an apology from them, Natalie S overcharged me for clearance juice that was 5.00 dollars it was priced over at check out so she fixed the issue and said I will change the price to 5 but instead still charged me 5.99, and when I told her I thought it was 5 she said it was tax when tax clearly wrote on the receipt 35 cents went back in to get my dollar back and she didn’t have the audacity to say sorry, luckily the dude in there was professional enough to help and say sorry even though you know he could not care less, but clearly told her before I was getting over charged and still nothing from her end, other than that tax was the extra .99 cents + .35 cents for actually tax, on a 6.35 purchase, when it was suppose to be $5.00 and tax on that. Update: Corporate called and explained that they did not like the way Natalie handled said situation, and will get a proper retraining with the current store manager at Wildbills SCS. Corporate Ryan Marler explained that it I was indeed, wrongfully charged the wrong amount and that she should’ve have took full accountability of any wrong doing, but Ryan did apologize on her behalf because she is “New” just be mindful of your receipts and double check before leaving the store, because they won’t second guess to make you feel dumb for correcting...
Read moreI see someone else had the same issue. I just visited today, 09/01/2024 at about 2pm.
I frequent this place often on my off days for their cigars. Before walking in the humidor, I checked out their cigar cutters and the young lady with the short dark hair asked me if I needed help. Clearly, she wasn’t genuine about it, but asked more so because she was suspicious of me and my wife. The male associate was very helpful and told me about an ongoing sale, so I went to retrieve more cigars. As he was ringing me up I noticed the female associate was intently watching my wife who was looking at other items within the store. I immediately told my wife to put the item down and told the male associate I no longer wanted to make any purchases and left the store without explanation.
Upon making this review I see that I am not the onlyone with the same experience. If you look a certain type of way then expect to be surveilled and treated like a...
Read moreI had such a great experience at Wild Bill’s Tobacco thanks to Ewan! I came in looking to try a few new cigars, and he went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. His knowledge of cigars is seriously impressive—he took the time to explain the differences in flavor profiles, origins, and strengths, and really listened to what I was interested in.
Ewan didn’t just recommend his favorites—he tailored his suggestions to my taste and made me feel completely at ease, even though I’m still learning. I walked out with a perfect selection and a lot more confidence in what I like. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about giving customers a great experience. Thanks again, Ewan—I’ll...
