Update June 25: Sigh, a long line followed by not asking for the app code. I didn't get a receipt and my order was handed to me incorrectly and since I didn't have my receipt I couldn't verify if the order was just input incorrectly. Edit: today I went and half of the digital menu was not working. They have an AI setup to take your order so I couldn't even let someone know that the screen was out. So of course you can't see the entirety of the menu so if you wanted to order a combo oh well you better know what the menu is. So I opted to go inside. It is a weird turn so I had to go in the opposite direction and come all the way back around just to go into the Taco Bell. The inside was actually very clean but I guess they are taking the people out of working so you have to order at a kiosk. And then to pay you have to take your money to the counter and pay but they do have glass set up so that you can see all of the workers making food and kind of see how clean the area where they are working is. The worker who took my money was not very enthused didn't seem very happy to be working. And the young lady that handed me my food was very pleasant. I ordered to dine in and my dorito loco taco shell was already cracked by the time I sat down. And dipping burritos that I ordered or smashed together and almost fell apart when I took them a loose.
original: Went for carryout in the drive-thru. Took over 20 minutes to get up front there are like five or six cars in front of me. Once they took my order got up front and paid did not get a receipt got home had the wrong food. They had to ask me if I had a drink order which meant they probably were behind at looking at the screens or tickets either way someone else probably got my food I got their food this is my second time going by there and they were out of something that...
Read moreTerrible customer service. After work tonight my girlfriend placed an order through the online app to be picked up at 9:45 p.m. She was in line at the drive thru at that time and waited patiently. When it was her turn to let them know she was there to pick up her order she was told they were closed without given any any reason as to why. When she explained that she placed the online order for 9:45 she was told yeah it didnât go through, your card was not charged, go to another location (which the 9 mile Eastpointe location also ended up being closed, thanks for mentioning that). Bear in mind customers ahead of her are still being served. She then called me at 9:56 to let me know what happened. I then called the store and asked if they were open and was told that they were closing at 10 p.m. for maintenance (apparently 9:55 was still too late to make our order). I asked to speak to the manager and apparently I was, I believe her name was Emily. I asked if it would have been too much to notify their customers when they cancel orders abruptly and she responded with a snarky âwell how am I supposed to do that?â. I donât know, maybe an email, text, or phone call? Your app has no problem charging my card every time we order. Couldnât have been any less apologetic. Very put off by the entire experience, hopefully you do a better job with your people skills moving forward and maybe disable online/app orders if you know youâre going to be closing early so people do not waste a...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE...past 8pm. At this location I've waited 40 mintues or more, on multiple occasions. After waiting 25 minutes you finally get to order, but you'll have to repeat your order consecutive times if you want anything changed. For example, the #7, by default, is a Chicken Quesadilla (steak is also an option), crunchy taco (non supreme, so no tomato & sour cream), and a drink. Here is my order, verbatim, "I'd like a #7, steak, with a soft taco, add sour cream, and a baja blast". Maybe I'm wrong, I've never worked in a restaurant, but this does not seem like a complicated order to me. Lo and behold, I'll end up with a chicken quesadilla, instead of steak, a crunchy taco in place of a soft taco, or I'll get a crunchy taco w/ sour cream. I've received a wrong order from this location for the last time today. "Number 2, supreme, no tomato, mountain dew to drink please". Even this is too complicated. Get home, and my tacos are covered in tomatoes. If by some chance your order is correct, food items from here are often luke warm, sloppy, and not appetizing. This location is also frequently "out" of something. No baja blast, no cherry pepsi, no ice, no cups, no bags, no napkins. It's always something. This taco bell is by far, the worst in the shores. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location in the evening and late at night. I'll be heading down another mile to the TB near 8 Mile Rd, or to the one on 9 mile near Kelly Rd, or the one at Martin & Harper...
