Placed an order Feb 22 , made numerous attempts to contact this store but could never get in contact until March 16th… because my order was never received. Was told they needed to verify my address since billing and shipping did not match and that it would ship out next day. Then waited another week before calling again because the tracking information I was given stated that the post office was “ still awaiting item” called multiple times because it was a $150 order and the phone got disconnected, finally got ahold of someone after numerous attempts through this Facebook page and was given another phone number to contact. Once I called I was told that the post office lost my package despite the tracking information stating they never got the item. He then proceeds to tell me that they sent me a new order with NONE but one of the items I ordered, all different clothing. Which I never even received the tracking link for. I was then told I could pay to send everything back for a refund when that’s all I wanted in the first place. I will say they threw in an extra outfit however I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and my order. Will NOT get my business...

This is in reference to an event they held 12/21/19 3rd annual coats for kids event. It was wonderful to say the least my kids received brand new coat a wrapped gift which were not cheap gifts hats beverages and snacks it was definitely a must attend event I am very grateful for the help GOD bless the people who made it happen there was no line or big crowd I made my sister and nephew come up there I was in disbelief and mike Dugan was there I missed him tho but my sister and nephew got a photo with him wonderful experience for single parents who...
