Thought i found a great place for jewelry repair. Local, nice, great first experience. had 7 rings sized. had a few bracelets that needed repair. They had the bracelets for a few months and never called me. went to get them, not repaired. there was a problem, but why didn't they at least contact me. very unprofessional. gave them another chance, same thing happened. i used them for a few other things, too. Also had my husbands ring, had to replace a stone. after several months i called and was told it was ready, again why no call from them? they put in the wrong color stone, took another few months to get the right stone. No more chances, took my broken bracelets and will never return. i had a credit, but they didn't know how much. their filing system consists of a box with envelopes thrown in it. they had to go through the box to find my envelope, took them at...
