Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Saint George

Came to this store to get suits for my wedding. After getting all the measurements done for the four suits, we were told that they would be ready in two weeks. One suit was ready in time, but the hem on the pants was at least two inches up the pant leg, and the other three weren't anywhere near ready. Two and a half weeks later, they rushed the alterations on the other three suits, charged obscene amounts for minor alterations, and were rather rude and unhelpful, one woman in particular was absolutely awful, getting in our faces, claiming that my father put a large crease in his suit coat just by putting it on, and then when questioned about it, claimed that they "don't have room to store these suits, so they have to cram them all together", trying to excuse the fact that the suit was wrinkled and dirty. In the end, not only were the suits expensive, they charged way too much for alterations, claimed they would take weeks, and instead did them all at the last minute, and did shoddy work at best, didn't even press or clean the suits, were extremely rude, and tried to make excuses for their shortcomings. This is vastly different than the experience that I've had with other men's warehouse stores in the past, and I will not be returning to this one. The only saving grace in this story is that the suits will be ready in time for the wedding, and that they are rather nice suits, they're just very expensive, and the service...

I bought a new suit for my son’s wedding in April. Great service and the tailor did a great job adjusting to fit the way I wanted. I wore it to the wedding. Then I wore it to church 4-5 times. I only had them for 6 weeks. I went to put them on and realized the pants were ripped right in the corner of the back pocket. You could see that the material was really thin where they sowed the pocket. It’s like it just punched through. I took it in and the manager was not there so I left it for her to look at. They said the tailor could fix it which I was fine with but I went to pick it up and yes they fixed it but the sewing was so thick could tell the $700 suit was patched up. It’s not like this was a $200 suit or something. I have tried multiple times to get the manager to call me to no avail. I am hoping we can get this resolved since they’ve had the pants now for a month. I would love to give a five star review but I have not been helped and I always get told the manager will call me. Every time I go in she has just left. Crossing my fingers for a good outcome. My fiancé went in to buy a tux for our wedding. He went in there prepared to spend a pretty penny for our special day. The woman was so rude and seemed extremely annoyed by his presence. My fiancé asked to get measured and he was immediately cut off and told that he "would not be able use the measurements anywhere else". Okay... well...he went in there wanting to buy a tux FROM THERE and let her know that he was planning to buy it FROM THEM (and not somewhere else) but the woman immediately assumed that he wasn't going to buy anything, basically pushed him out the door, and honestly was just plain mean. You would think someone would be excited when someone says they're getting married and need a tux! Well the woman was right. He did end up not buying anything from there because the customer service was 0/10. Horrendous.
