Nobody CARES about the "atmosphere" etc!! Here's the problem: First, you MUST use the KIOSK or you'll NEVER see a cashier! Second (and most importantly), there no longer is such a thing as a "dollar menu"! The cheese roll-up is $1.29 and the tortilla is the size of a silver dollar with cheese in it. It's microwaved and too chewy to really enjoy. After that, there's a dog-food type "beefy cheese" burrito for $2 and if that's "beef" then I'm the wizard in the wizard of Oz! The Fiesta Bowl with a spoonful of potatoes, 3 drops of fake cheese, 1 drop of sour cream, and 2 green rings of scallion...they charge $2.59!!! Gone in 1 bite! Their Cantina menu has 1 decent item, the chicken taco, but it's really small, and you get only ONE packet of the tasty sauce, and it's gone in 2 bites! Costs $3.79!! The $5 value boxes they had a year ago are now $11! They act like those cinnamon twists are GOLD bc they take up space in the box, but are REVOLTING!! If you want to spend $29 for one person to eat, have half of the order taste like something the dog would squeak and run from, and the other half that was just "meh" and leaving you still hungry, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!! Workers in the back: Ignore you until they can't anymore (as in, there's ZERO people in the drive thru and no orders for door dash, etc, THEN they'll take your money...otherwise, even after finishing at the KIOSK they DONT start your order!!! They don't know how to Math for cash orders, and the 1 who does, is shady as hell (MAKE SURE YOU ARE GIVEN CORRECT CHANGE BEFORE PICKING IT UP FROM THE COUNTER!!!) Finally, for those ANNOYING people in town who come visit you and stay way too long, tell them that this Taco Bell is AMAZING!! At least you'll get a little...
Read moreWent to this new Taco Bell 3/24/2022 about 11:45 p.m. It was a disappointing visit. My daughter and son felt the same and made comments.
Ordered the Nachos Fries Box (combo), quesadilla, Doritos Locos Tacos (Combo), Nacho Fries (single order). The cheese cups (for nachos fries) were less than 1/4th filled, VERY little seasoning on both Nacho Fries, the box nacho fries were placed in were half filled. Tacos had little meat, cheese and lettuce (compared to other Taco Bell locations)
Wait time was not bad and had only two cars ahead, but was near 10 minutes.. longer than the other two Taco bells in the near vicinity.
Also, I am NOT a fan of "Checkout Charity". ie asking customers to round up the dollar amount raising funds of the charity this Taco Bell is supporting. Understanding charities and businesses love this, but this is additional money from its customers. I donate to well known organizations of MY choosing.
This location lacked the consistency compared to other other Taco Bells. Also at other Taco Bells, I've never been asked for "Checkout Charity".
Between the lack of consistency, and "checkout charity", it gave the impression that this location is simply "penny pinching" every nickel and dime, and generating enough cash flow while showing early profit on a "NEW" location, (Need to impress the owners, or HQ, right?).
This will be my last visit to this location. For future Taco Bell, I will drive up to Red Cliffs, which is only around 2 miles...
Read moreWent here with my Dad. We walked in and there was an older couple waiting to order at the counter. I noticed they had those big tablets to order on, so I started to look at when when the woman asked me if they were supposed to order on there. I told her I had no idea as it was my first time at this location. I was offering to help her use it to place her order when an employee walked in, I think it was a manger, and she told us. " Oh, you're supposed to order on that," pointing to the tablets. "We don't take orders up here." This poor couple had been waiting for a long time for some help and the employee didn't even offer to help them she just walked away. I offered again to help the older couple when the woman told me that she didn't have time because she had to get to a doctor's appointment. So they left, my Dad and I ordered our food. The food was ridiculous, the quesadilla I ordered had WAAAY to much sauce, yes I did order extra but I had no idea they would smother it with the sauce. The tacos weren't satisfying as the lettuce was wilting. My dad's burrito supreme was sloppy, wilted lettuce, the whole burrito was gross. The LOBBY was dirty as hell, trash everywhere, tables, chairs, floor was filthy. The whole experience was just terrible. The only good thing about the place was the...
