I've taken my kids here dozens of times. It's definitely one of our top favorite places to go when it's hot outside. There's ample room for the littles to run around and plenty of comfortable shady spots with good visibility for the parents. The park features a very shallow river (the deepest place is maybe 5" at most) that stretches about 100' from one end to the other, a traditional splash area with fountains and jets that alternate for some fun variety, a large grassy area behind with a carrousel (I think it's $2 per rider, but it's been a while since we rode it so I could be wrong), and the parking lot is shared with the Tabernacle, the downtown library and the St George Children's Museum (another of our favorite places to go). Everything is beautifully manicured and well maintained, the bathrooms are always clean, and the drinking fountain is actually cold (a rarity in the summer). Read moreMy kids and I love it here! My big boys can play in the cold, big, fountain which they love, and my little girl can walk and sit in the calmer, warmer river or go up and down the waterfall stairs. There are lots of people here usually, but there is also a fair amount of space and some tables, benches, and chairs. There are bathrooms as well which is super important with kiddos. There's also places in the shade when you need to get out of the heat. It's right next to a vintage carousel, the public library, and a children's museum. You have to be dried and dressed for those places, but you could bring extra clothes and make a whole...
