We went to the St George Art Festival on March 30th. It was held in and around this park area in downtown St George UT. Lots of beautiful art, sculpture, paintings, photography, and clothing vendors displayed. They had two musical stage areas set up with various artists playing. We listened to a Gaelic music band perform there. Very entertaining. They had two areas set up for food trucks to sell various food selections. Asian, Mexican, sweet, American, and dessert offerings, so a nice variety to choose from. ๐Ÿ˜‹ Parking was not bad. They had free parking at the parking structure and parking lots located on E Tabernacle and Main Street areas. They also had two areas set up with porta potties and hand washing stations, which was very convenient. A very pleasant afternoon walking around admiring the various artists, listening to music, and eating some delicious entrees. Will definitely come back to the park in the future to visit. The organizing committee had asked that people leave their dogs at home and not bring them to this event due to how crowded it was and that all the vendors were in the grass area. We appreciated this aspect since, in other events we've gone to, this can be a distraction and an obstacle at times. They did allow svc animals if needed for the person. They had this well advertised on their website and signs posted around the festival area stating this request. However, there were people who ignored this request, and there were larger and smaller breeds of dogs that were there on leash with the guests that came to the festival. Thankfully, the dogs we came in contact with were more well-behaved, and we didn't step in any poop while we were there. We love animals, but we don't always want them licking our hands or approaching us if we're engaged in this type of activity where it's crowded with lots of families and passerbys.

Town Square Park - St. George, Utah Town Square Park is a fantastic spot for families! It has a fun, old-fashioned carousel that the kids loved, as well as interesting sculptures and artwork throughout the park. There's also a neat little stream running through the park that adds to the charm. Plenty of nearby restaurants make it easy to grab a bite, and the fun kids' museum is a great bonus. Thereโ€™s plenty of shade, which makes it perfect for laying down and enjoying a picnic. Definitely a great place to spend an afternoon with the family!

My experience was awesome here! A great park with some very cool cement features to ride my bike on. I do have a few complaints though. Why can't skateboarders skate here? It's such a shame to have a park that has tons of ride-able cement work, but every time a skater comes around, there's someone to kick them out. There's no rules against bikes so I can do whatever I want, but I still feel bad for the skaters. The merry-go-round is the most annoying thing at this park. The music is ALWAYS playing. It really gets obnoxious after a while.

Town Square Park is a fantastic community gathering spot in the heart of St. George. With its beautiful green spaces, playgrounds, splash pad, and walking paths, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The park is always clean and well-maintained, and the facilities are top-notch. Whether you're having a picnic with friends or family, playing a game of frisbee, or just taking a leisurely stroll, Town Square Park provides a beautiful backdrop for your activities.

The park hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including concerts, festivals, and community gatherings. It's a great place to meet new people, enjoy the beautiful weather, and take in the sights and sounds of the city.

One of the things I love about Town Square Park is how dog-friendly it is. There are designated areas for dogs to play and run, and there are even doggy drinking fountains. It's clear that the park was designed with the whole community in mind, including our furry friends.

Overall, I highly recommend Town Square Park to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun, and welcoming community space in St. George. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's definitely...

I have lived in Southern Utah for as long as I can remember, and this beautiful historic place has been restored into a wonderful, and relaxing place for family's and children to unwind and have a great time. There are many great shops nearby to get stuff for a nice picnic or a marry-go-round to keep the kiddos busy enough to allow parents to relax and read a book from the library right next door. There are countless things to do here at this wonderful place. When it warms up the family can cool off in the man made river, and there is enough room to play just about any sport your family could think of. They upkeep the grounds to perfection. There is a sculpture garden and so much more. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to come by and give it a try, it will be worth your time. Thank you all for taking your time to make this park such a special place. I always love getting the time to create special memories with my family here. If I were you, I'd do the same. I hope this helps next time when you're looking for a new place to spend time with lived ones....
