I purchased a Murray radiator from Oreiley. Unfortunately, after returning to the Saint Joseph, store on Niles avenue several times, and given the wrong coolant sensor for a radiator that I purchased from their store. A store employee ordered a sensor that he guaranteed would fit their radiator. The following day prior to purchasing the new sensor I asked the Oreiley employee to make sure that the sensor fits the radiator by placing the sensor into the slot of one of their radiators. The employee claimed that it would take him approximately five minutes to check too see if the sensor fits the Murray radiator. So I waited. Several minutes later, the employee returned and told me that he checked to see if the sensor did fit the radiator, and it did fit the slot. So I purchased the sensor and went home to install it into my radiator, but I was shocked because the sensor didn’t fit at all. Therefore, the Oreiley employee did not check to see if the sensor fitted when he went back into their stock room. Instead, he was just taking a break on my valuable time. If you EVER have to have a special part ordered and pay EXTRA for quick shipping do not expect to get the money back!!!!! Also NEVER believe that you can actually receive the part by the date they give you!!!
