EDIT: Today our couch was delivered and gotta say I am very frustrated. We were not rung up for the whole set.
Now, I take some.blame in this as we should have reviewed the receipt more closely. We were clear on the floor at the model we wanted the ottoman, during our many conversations with Sarah as she tried to close the sale, when she checked stock to be sure they had the model, and at the counter we said we wanted the ottoman as we talked about the payment. At the counter she was all about trying to get us financed (was gonna pay cash), and about us doing a review, so yes we didn't look again as we should have. So today at delivery we are informed the ottoman was not on the ticket. Turns out, Sarah wasn't so great and when I called the store, the AM seemed apathetic. His flippant response to just swing by and get it, ignoring the inconvenience this creates of having to take time to come by again to purchase (like we don't have a busy schedule too) has me rethinking the add on ottoman all together. Will be up to the wife but since I wrote the review, I feel the change necessary.
I know better than to write a review before the transaction is complate (delivered), but I failed here. Very frustrated at the moment.

I purchased a GE dryer from American Freight that was faulty, absolutely not their fault as it was clearly a manufacturer issue, but they made every effort to remedy the issue. I returned to the store the morning after purchase and explained the situation to Corey, who not only offered to exchange the dryer for a different model, but had the new model delivered to my home within two hours. Corey was willing to explore any avenue I would like to take regarding the faulty dryer, be it a refund, exchange or assistance in contacting GE regarding the warranty, but the decision to trust him and his business was the correct one as the new dryer works perfectly well and the experience restored my faith in the profession of customer service.

We purchased quite a pricey amount of furniture and I have anxiety when it comes to spending money, so Corey was completely patient as my wife and I came back three times before making a decision. We were able to get same day delivery which was a blessing and we absolutely love the delivery guys! Not only were they Careful and efficient, they communicated and helped remove our old couch and even move our old appliances elsewhere. They went above and beyond as did Corey and Chuck. Everyone here is so personable, my wife also got the pleasure of working with Vicky and we just adore her personality!
