Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

Little Caesars needs to either dump door dash as their delivery service or figure out how to hold them accountable in order to provide better customer service! After waiting an hour and a half for food that was ordered through the little Caesars app but supposed to be delivered through door dash I finally called to inquire. The driver, Brian T, who in the mean time had driven to the store, avenue city, back to the store, then headed up lovers Lane, then back to the belt, and proceeds in the wrong direction and finally messages saying that we should just request a refund after the extended wait time. Then it's a run around between Little Ceasars and Door dash to get a refund which according to door dash will take 10 days? Why would one think it would be faster than the delivery time? Little Caesars Pizza is not the most generous pizza restaurant when it comes to toppings. It's a scant basic pie. They do have more toppings and The Three Meat Treat, etc. But when you hungry, you want it fast, and you want The Best Price In Town (!) Little Caesars Pizza is your man. Also, Outstanding chicken wings, small chicken wings but you know, Outstanding. I like their other bread stick products too, although I can't recall the names. I wish I could leave negative stars. Tried to get my kids food before heading home-we don't even live in this state- and was told there was nothing(not even crazy bread sticks bags) they could give me to allow my kids to use as makeshift plates BECAUSE it's product waste. Food was poorly cut. By the time I got something for them to use as plates they were already over hungry. I'm over it and will NEVER recommend this place. POOR customer service.
