I try to be understanding because I work in food service and know that this location is drowning due to the Faraon location being closed, but I feel like this situation needs to be brought to someone’s attention. The past two times I have gone to this location I always end up waiting forever for my mobile order way past the pickup time. I try to be understanding and give them an extra 15 minutes or so since I can see it’s very busy, but it gets a little ridiculous having to always ask where my drink is every single time I go in. Today, I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of when I knew I’d arrive and 2 out of 3 drinks were done when I arrived. I waited on the final drink for 20 minutes which was a tall summer sky refresher. I could see the barista pulling tickets off the printer and I could see that none of them had my name. I finally kindly asked when my 3rd drink would be ready as I had received the other two 20 minutes beforehand. He said “I think I remember making that but someone else must have taken it.” I finally got my drink but no one apologized to me for the long wait and the barista seemed annoyed making it. It was obvious they had lost my ticket which is okay, I just wish they had told me that and apologized for it instead of blaming something else. I felt like I was getting accused of either already taking the drink and trying to just get a 2nd for free or that I just wasn’t watching out for my drink. I don’t really appreciate that whenever I nicely asked where my 3rd drink was after waiting 20 minutes past pickup. I received unacceptable service today. This location needs to find a way to organize mobile order drinks better. Read moreMy husband, daughter and I stopped here a few days ago to get a quick drink after a walk. My daughter uses the app all the time so no issues with that and our orders were made quickly. However, when I approached the counter in person, to ask if I could get some water added to my refresher the 3 service reps just ignored me! They all three had headsets on and were waiting on the drive-up like that was priority. I finally went into the restroom to add water to my drink, yes the restroom! This is unacceptable. I guess I am too old to wait on or maybe they cannot add water to a drink. After I got my own water, two other ladies came in and they were waited on immediately at the counter. In-person, face-to-face customer service counts! All they had to do was at least acknowledge me and state they would be with me as soon as possible. They would not even respond to me at the counter. So my wife and I was just at the Starbucks at cook road in st Joseph. We usually have very very little to no problems with any of the Starbucks. Today, we did the drive thru. The first gal that took our order, very nice and polite. The gal that brought our drinks to the window, not so much. Brought out the first drink, and just said somewhat rudely, “here’s your drink have a nice day..” so we informed her that we still had another drink. She proceeds to say, annoyingly, “oh I thought you got it already..” so then she brings the drinks out, no smile no nothing, and says “here’s your drink have a nice a day..” and closes the window.
