Must say I am very impressed with this Starbucks. I went to Caribou up the street to get a jug of coffee for a work meeting at 12:00. I came in at 11:25 and the rude barista said you need to give us at least a 30 minutes heads up (I was 35 minutes before the noon time I needed it lol). She told me she could do it but needed 20 minutes (no big deal). She runs my card to only come back 5 minutes later saying they had no jugs. What a joke! I was refunded and I left.
I went to this Starbucks and the barista greeted me with a smile. I asked for a jug of coffee and she told me it will be FIVE MINUTES! (How about that?) They hooked it up with their carrying case and I couldn't be any more impressed! I asked the barista if they needed a heads up call for jugs of coffee. She told me no you can order that anytime without a heads up... if you're ordering 5 jugs maybe give us a heads up so you don't have to wait 30 minutes (great answer). Really impressed with this Starbucks! Whoever the training manager is she rocks!...

Also, the staff often is not aware of Starbucks policies, including the Starbucks target refill policy. I asked this on several occasions and they were not aware. Or, perhaps Starbucks is now asking them to play dumb?
Another time, we stood in front of the counter for about two minutes before we are greeted by the staff. Again, it was not a busy time, but the staff was heating up a sandwich and apparently that was a very distracting task. And the summer drink did not remind me of summer. It came with popping Boba, but the straw was so small that it pre-popped all of the Boba before I could even drink it. Very sad!
