In my experience.. this place will not serve you if you are any other race besides some form of Asian... The number one excuse they will tell you is that they have closed for the day for some reason.. I have come here on 7 different occasions between the hours of 11am and 3pm.. well within the posted open hours of 10am-5pm..Each time I was encountered at the door with the same story about how they were closed... On 5 of the 7 occasions there were other customers (elder Asian each time) shopping in the store while they were telling me that they were closed... To test my theory..I asked a friend of mine who happens to be white to go in.. while they didn't give him any excuses.. They did simply ignore him and walked into a backroom area as though he wasn't even standing at the door... On this very same day I asked my Cambodian (Asian) girl friend if she could go to the store years near closing hours.. Just to see if she would be stored in... She was.. Not surprised.. hate to even say it about a minority owned establishment.. but in my experience this establishment...

Customer service was bad. My husband got me a diamond rings, wear it couple of time the diamond got loose, (10k) diamond, ask for fixing, the owner didn’t want to at all, we come one she said she close, didn’t let us in, and I have to drive 30 min with a toddler and a baby for nothing. Second time my husband go, got fix, come back to get the ring, no one call us and let us know it was done fixing or not. We have to come back twice because the owner said she close every we come, finally got the ring fix and realized they only tighten up the ring holder to hold the diamond, didn’t even try to check or do anything, btw the whole thing took place over 4 weeks. I’m not coming...

My 1st time there & just wanted to check our some necklaces for my 3 boys but they wouldn't even let us come in because my son was black. I feel like they are races as h*ll .. TOTALLY NOT OK! Will try one more time but I'm not thinking it will be any different since I'm going with my son...
