This place is amazing and the lady who I believe is the owner was very nice when I came in. The maple sweetened chocolate bar is my very favorite. At first when coming here you will be a little thrown off by the prices of an $8 chocolate bar but it is SO worth it and I find it really unique that there is a maple sweetened chocolate bar that tastes SO good! If you like white chocolate this bar is for you because it tastes better than white chocolate which used to be my favorite candy bar until I came to this establishment. Love this place hopefully it is open more hours and continues to expand cause I need to restock on my chocolate and I live far away lol Edit: I have made two separate trips to visit the chocolate shop because google said they were open and they...

Not only do they make the chocolate and come up with the most unique and wonderful flavors to fill the honey bonbons, but they also raise their own bees, many on the rooftops of downtown buildings. There is no added sugar in the bonbons and only maple sugar in the bars, and no nuts in most of the chocolates - something amazingly delicious and beautiful that almost anyone can eat. These candies are my go-to gifts at all holidays and whenever I want something fabulous, local, sustainable, and incredibly lovely to take from St. Paul when I travel - my Swiss friends fell in love with them! The shop is a great place to take out of town guests who are looking for something really special to take home as souvenirs (although good luck making them last...

Wife & I have terrible timing to when this place opens. Well yesterday I saw a young woman in front & tries to see if they were open. Yes they are open yea! Went in to a small chocolate store & these tiny little chocolates candies & coco chocolate bar(dark ofcourse). It was expensive so I got a little box of 3 pieces. Took them to my bride & she was like what? So we tasted one of our candies & wow for such a tiny piece it had huge flavor. Yes she took a bite & gave me the rest. Flavor lasted a while in our mouth which satisfied our want for chocolates. 5 stars for the candy & 5 stars for the young lady that shared the info on the candy. O by the way it was honey & chocolate together which we found to...

I received their honey bon bons and smoked honey bon bons as a gift. The smoked ones were darn near inedible. Absolutely 100% disgusting. 2 of 3 went in the trash. The normal honey bon bons are fine until you get through the honey center and all that's left in your mouth is bitter bitter unsweetened chocolate. Not a pleasurable experience. I love funky single origin dark chocolates but this was not good.

An amazing local chocolatier/beekeeper shop. Their famous honey bonbons are made of fair trade chocolate and filled with honey from their rooftop beehive. Simple yet elegant. The owners/staff are super friendly and generous. I highly recommend this place for either treating yourself to some unique chocolates, or gifting a loved one something special.

Went in to get a gift for my dad. Lots of samples made the decision easy, and the pricing was great for the quality. Everything tasted incredible, and I will have to go back for myself!
