Well maintained, long narrow strip of a park on the northern bank of Mississippi R. Very popular with strollers, joggers, dog walking and occasionally couples. On a warm summers day with a cool moist breeze from over the river it's perfect. There are one or two places here where one can buy coffee, a light meal and a drink or something stronger, perfect bookends...

The walkway was clean and wide and not crowded. The river was a great back drop for picture taking. Overall the weather was perfect for a walk and upper landing was a great place to park your car and enjoy a nice stroll along the river. I noticed a park worker working on the fountains. It looks like the fountains may be working in the next...

In combination with some awesome weather this park is in my top 10 best doobie smoking spot. Really windy sometimes but clean and the weirdos stay away for the most part. I'm not just saying that because I live in the neighborhood. It's that chill there. Highly recommend...
