Where to start…. Meg was the most wonderful realtor we could have ever dreamed of working with. We started out with a different realtor that ended up being a bummer to work with. When that contract was up, our family recommended us to Meg so we restarted our search her. She was able to answer all our questions and help us fight in this insane market. She ended up coming to us with a house off-market that we got and are now settled into! We love love love it!

Then we quickly turned around to prep our original house to sell. The Hyland team brought in staging expertise and amazing photographers. When we listed we got almost 20 offers in 3 days, with most being over asking. We accepted what we thought was the best offer. A week later Meg called to tell us that buyer’s offer fell through… in the same phone call she had already lined up another buyer that got us an extra $1,000 over the original offer we accepted. She’s truly amazing. Her and Misty make the process so seamless and easy.
