Scam artists...thiefs...most dishonest and corrupt staff... I am currently involved with 2 active fraud tickets...have filed a police report..contacted the FTC and am in the process of hiring a consumer fraud attorney. The guy who helped me stole my cracked phone and gave it to a stranger to use which gave her access to all the info and security info on it...he gave me back a different cracked phone to take home..I purchased a new phone because mine was cracked and paid the balance in full that day...but I guess he decided to add a second line and second phone and billed me for another exact same phone..he falsified documents that were my initial signed documents from May 10th changing the date to July 10th and added those things to my account without my permission or knowledge. Now I owe for a phone I have never seen..had..or wanted...It has been a nightmare trying to figure this out. I did get my initial cracked phone back yesterday from the woman who had it because I found out her name through screenshots from some of the dozen people she called and gave my # to thinking it was the # of my cracked phone but all the calls went to my new phone. Initially she said she found it on the City Bus..which was impossible..then finally admitted she found it in her "homie' MJs car. I am pursuing everything I can to get this person and Xfinity held responsible for the many laws and violations that have been committed against me. I have still not been made whole and I am DISGUSTED by the actions of your staff. SCAM ARTISTS AND CON ARTIST...I suggest you perhaps visit another location because what I have had to deal with and invasion of my privacy is totally unacceptable. You should really be ashamed of yourselves for putting me through all this.. what the hell is wrong with you...you are a scumbag piece of garbage dude. I hope you get what you deserve because I am doing everything I can to make your life as miserable as you...
Read moreSo I had an awful experience today and what could’ve been resolved in person. I had to call customer service to fix the problem that I experience. The folks in the store were unable to understand my needs and failed to meet those not only that they seem very argumentative upon dealing with my situation. I originally would sign it sign up for Comcast cable And I had already had an Internet, so the person who was supposed to sign me up for cable did not do that instead put me on a streaming channel not only that they had the wrong information on my account which they Didn’t fix . The list goes on with problems. I had to call the phone customer service and my experience over the phone was way better. I don’t need that. I got my problem fixed over the phone. What a waste of time to go to this location. They did not help me they were more argumentative and it seemed like they just wanted confrontation I am very upset and as a pregnant woman, it was exhausting and stressful unnecessary at least do your job and try to figure out how to help a customer. If you can’t they should’ve gotten a supervisor or call the supervisor for further assistance they failed to do that in person so I had to do an extra step and call customer service over the phone to fix their problem. I had to reinstate my Internet and get the package that I originally chose which they failed to do in person everything that they could’ve done in person, they did not do. I had to do it over the phone because they failed to do their job. Nevertheless, my experience was awful and stressful. Never do I recommend going here unless you have somebody else a partner to help . This was an awful ordeal.zero stars for...
Read moreI was trying to help out my disabled neighbor with her cell phone from Xfinity. (I had to move her from her home to the ER then to assisted living... Xfinity had her signed up for a total $360 per month... with ALL the premium channels when she only watched CNN, land line when she only used cell phone, 3 tv boxes when she only used 1, security system never used, fast internet when she only used very basic) I canceled all her services except cell phone. I needed to replace that because it was way old, very slow... The Xfinity rep said that since I was canceling all the other services, that she would have to pay a monthly premium for her cell line. I use Google Fi, so I signed her up for that... new phone: $99... monthly service: $35... Trying to get the phone number ported was a huge pain... mostly because when I ran into issues and needed to help from Xfinity, it is WAY difficult to talk to an actual person on the phone. So I went to the Xfinity store. At this particular one, the person had a surly demeanor, was not friendly and basically said the she could not help me because the person I am helping was not there. She gave me a number to call. I called that number. It took me nearly an hour and more than 5 attempts to speak with an actual human... Whatever... bottom line: if you want good service and services at value, consider...
