Yarmo Liquors — Local services in Saint Paul

Absolutely terrible customer service! It was in the evening time that I went there to buy some liqueurs for myself. There was one male and female at the counter, both young. When I was mulling over my choices, there was some music playing in the background and the female staff was dancing along the music. I know its not a big deal but it doesn’t look good on the business establishment’s part that it’s main staff at the counter is dancing while there’s a customer present. It reeks of unprofessionalism. The female staff also didn’t knew how to interact with customer, she talk with me in a rude manner. All in all I was hugely disappointed...

Not my fault you ordered and wanted to cancel and not my fault that there's no option on your end when it has never been possible on our end. We have nothing to do with how the app works. This is the greatest liquor store I've ever been to. Don't let it's modest appearance fool you. The service here is awesome and the staff will regularly come up to me and ask me what I like and make curated recommendations based on what I tell them. They'll order things for you if they don't have something you're looking for and always rotate their selection. It's an awesome...
