Absolutely horrible customer service! I have been traveling all day, and needed a place to take an important online call with a company in Korea. I purchased a coffee and sat down to take my call.
About 45 minutes later, it was 7pm, which unknown to me, was closing time. One of the staff members waved to me to say it was time to close, but I shouldn't need to rush. I politely said "thank you, I will wrap up as soon as I am able". Not 3 minutes later, they shut off all of the interior lights and another staff member was yelling at me that I had to leave NOW. So I had to abruptly end my call, which left me very embarrassed that I have a team of people in Korea take a call with me, only to get rudely cut off.
I get it that it was closing time. I wasn't ordering new food or drinks, I was simply trying to politely wrap up an important call after traveling from out of state. There was no reason to act so unprofessional to customers! I hope that management will teach their staff to treat customers with a little more respect...
Read moreCan’t emphasize this enough: the employees at this location are incredibly kind, outgoing, and attentive. In my opinion, sunny demeanor is never necessary from a service worker (they deal with enough), but the pure good vibes that always exude from the drive thru window never fail to brighten my morning. You can tell that people here genuinely get along, and that friendliness extends to the customers. I always get a little compliment or pleasant conversation that makes me want to come back when that specific employee is working again. But they’re literally all that great!
Caribou coffee and breakfast bagels are awesome at any location…but you can’t replicate the Friendly Neighborhood Feeling this spot has.
