The rude employee Angelica gave me a hard time on retuning items as well as checking out new items. She went back and forward with me that the shoes I were purchasing weren’t returned worn, that the 4 spots of damage was from trying. She said she could not mark them down that it’s just dirt it will come off she would use a wipe to wipe them off. I said please! After wiping for 2mins I said thank you and she never even said you’re welcome. Noticed that there were still a couple spots that remained. She asked another associate for assistance (whom was very understanding of the situation and provided good customer service). After wiping for another 2 mins she saw that it was not dirt and they were in fact damaged! She then proceeded to a book and returned said she could take $2.00. It was never about the money it was the principle. If you’re buying something brand new you should have brand new merch. Never argue with a customer. Signed an owner of 2 successful businesses! I will never shop at this store again...

I was short on time and hadn't planned on going to Marshalls, but I took a spin through the store just because it was so convenient. Also, unless I'm horribly mistaken, you can use a HomeGoods or Marshalls gift card at either store (or...
Read moreI've always loved this place. They always have huge lines on the weekends but they manage it extremely well. I can get through a line of 30 here faster than a line of 10 at Walmart. Not to mention I always end up dropping $200+ every couple of weeks. But replacing nearly my entire wardrobe is easy enough to do when I can walk out with a cart full of clothes each time. Usually shirts are
