I usually shop at Playto's Closet but thought I'd give this place a try, unfortunately a lot of items were more than 'gently used'. They weren't in horribleeeeee condition, but the prices were pretty high considering. There was pair of dirty chacos for like 40 bucks, at that point I could've bought them new. Sad to say I walked out empty handed :(
Edit: Reviews do not exist as a means to hate on a company, but to provide feedback so a company can improve upon their weaknesses, as well as so customers know what to expect before going to a person or place for services. As someone with a degree in public relations, an acceptable response to my review would have been along the lines of, "Thanks for the feedback Alexis, we're sorry you feel this way. We will take your comment into consideration the next time we re-examine our prices." Instead, you attempted to discredit a customers feedback, and experience. I looked through other poor reviews and this response seems common. You don't currently have Chacos for sale? Good for you, maybe someone bought them, maybe they were off brand, my point still stands that there were dirty, overpriced sandals being sold. You don't have any record of me in your system, it's almost as if I directly stated that I visited your store for the first time and walked out empty handed. This just goes to show that you don't fully read reviews before responding. You could have accepted being, potentially, overpriced, and instead you chose to prove that your store is unprofessional, and uncaring of its customers. I will never go back to this store, after this immature response. Have...
Read moreI was pleased the first couple of times that I visited the store and discovered them. I've sold some cute lil items that turned into what I thought to be a great exchange. I was curious the second time around with their buyers knowledge of what's in style and it's potential. If I could have only taken her straight to my Instagram page to show her. Fashion is my passion as a blogger and I not only have a following of over 37 thousand on the gram. Nonetheless I saw several items in the store that shocked me, asking myself did they really accept that in that condition? What upset me the second time was I bought a sweater from them and a week later included it in the items I wanted to release because it wasn't going to work for me. This person said SHE couldn't take it because its outdated. Silly goose someone did before you that's how I ended up buying it from your store. She either needs to find an easier job in retail or go to school for fashion design because she's clueless. I will take my business going forward elsewhere. They've lost a customer and any...
Read moredon’t waste your time trying to sell clothes here. they do not take clothes that are name brand and there is no way to make good money from it. they except clothes that have tears and rips because you see them in store but when you end up taking them in they don’t take it. it depends who is working on how many clothes you will get taken. the employees should be trained much better. it’s not worth the time. the last time i went in there we didn’t get much money for a whole lot of clothes because they were so specific. we tried harder the next time we came in and really made sure the clothes were good brands and not ripped or torn. every time we go shopping here the clothes aren’t always good brands and have rips and holes. we brought back 2 pairs of clothes we had gotten FROM uptown cheapskate and they did not take them when i had never worn them. it was in the same shape as when i bought it. it depends on when you go to sell clothes because different people take different clothing. either way when you go it is no where...
